The project is spread over a total area of 10 acres of land. It has 70% of open space. The place is so calm and green. Huge spaces for tree plantations are available. They provided us badminton court, basketball court, jogging track and swimming pool, kids playground, gym and space for yoga. I do yoga every day here which releases my mental stress. My father used to jog here. Another special amenities like skating rink and squash court, banquet hall, garbage disposal and library are also present here. I am a bookworm and the library is hugely beneficial to me.

Being an inhabitant of this place I feel satisfied with their conveniences. I have bought a 2 BHK flat for myself with much accessible prices with the excellent accommodation. Both 2BHK and 3BHK flats have attached sundeck with decent room decoration and ample amount of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Every building has the fastest elevators, a power supply. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are peeking for an important dwelling.

Some issues are hugely disturbing and authority should take few steps regarding these. Most of the time I face severe traffic during school time and I cannot timely reach my school. The streets get waterlogged most of the time during monsoon and it creates a huge issue in water supply system. In the campus, the swimming pool is not well maintained and there is no street lights in the tracks which face huge problems for elders. There is no sanitisation panel at the entrance of the estate which is vastly needed nowadays.

I would to include some external facilities of this place yet I had. Noida is well connected to roads and highways which is hugely beneficial for me. The locality has an efficient transportation system for reacting any destination in tome. The locality has advanced medical clinics, strong infrastructure of IT hubs, educational facilities like most of the well known schools are located near the estate. The job opportunities and presence of basic conveniences are the main characteristics that support the real estate also

Green Arch is the utmost option of a residence located in Noida. It is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary art and design of buildings and the whole campus as well. I have been dwelling in the residence for 3 years and have had all the latest amenities including skilled security services, ample space for car parking, proper assistance when I needed etc. This residence is an extremely peaceful and perfect place for a person like me who loves calmness and tranquillity. And the neighbours are so thoughtful I have had so much helps from them in accidents during this pandemic.
