DNR Casablanca in Bangalore is not worth investment. I have visited the property quite a lot of times but the brochure and the pricing are totally fake. The sales team doesn't communicate what rather misguides. They are not willing to explain the project and are very arrogant. According to my, the water system will be going to be a huge issue and as there is a lot of traffic it will also create a fuss. I do not recommend this project to anyone. Please check thoroughly before investing.

It is a RERA registered project in Bangalore. I am fascinated with the property as it is close to work, School and even entertainment. The top facilities provided are parking, swimming pool skating area, garden, aerobics Centre, sauna, steam room and lot more. This project is one of the finest works that provides ultra-luxury residential condominiums. the construction is in full swing and we are hoping to get possession real soon.

DNR Casablanca is cheating most of the buyers. The sales team is very rude and they are not willing to explain the property. The project is an under-construction one and the quality of the materials is worst. The residential complex is not at all budget-friendly and the pricing list changes from time to time. Though the location is nice and the apartment is well connected, I would not recommend DNR Casablanca as one can go for similar construction at a better price.

It is one of the best projects in this area. being an owner of the apartment, I find its Location excellent. The project is under construction that is offering 2BHK, 2.5BHK and 3BHK configurations. It is also well connected with the heart of the city. The residential complex is equipped with facilities like courts, jogging track, swimming pool, gym, sauna, clubhouse, library and a lot more. My family is satisfied because of the unparalleled amenities and bewitching ambience.

DNR Casablanca is a project by the DNR Group. The location of the project is Mahadevapura, Bangalore. I visited the project a few months back and am really attracted to the design and architecture. The rooms are well planned and the complex is surrounded by marvellous landscapes with greenery. The project is under construction and we are hoping to get possession by 2022. I am waiting to avail the facilities they are providing and would recommend all to check the property.
