Good things here
I used my personal vehicle, and there was no issue with parking. Ola and Uber were readily available.The roads on the front side were very good. There was no traffic. Garbage collection was done daily. Maintenance charges were normal. The society was clean, and there was 24/7 water supply. Flats were well-ventilated, and sunlight came in. There were no leakages. There was a garden. People were friendly and pet-friendly. The society was very peaceful. The area was very open, making it very well-ventilated. The flats were very spacious.
Things need improvement
The society was located slightly on the deeper side, which is why there were no auto stands or bus stands nearby. Malls and restaurants were also not nearby. The road behind the society was not good; during the rainy season, there was a lot of mud. Waste segregation was not practiced. There was an issue with power cuts, and the power backup was only for common areas.

Good things here
It was excellent. The rooms were spacious, with large balconies, and the construction quality was also commendable. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and park were available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There was nothing available near the society, no auto-rickshaws, cabs, or any transportation options. Having one's own vehicle was crucial for survival there, making it very difficult for me, which is why I left that society. There were no markets for vegetables, fish, or any other necessities. The area was not safe for women as it was surrounded by jungle areas, making it quite risky. Power cuts were frequent, and there was only power backup for common areas, not for individual flats. Due to these problems, living there was very challenging.

A gated community. Security at the main gate and entrance, as well as CCTV cameras. Both 1BHK and 2BHK apartments come with two bathrooms and a balcony. A adequate ventilation. Children's play area and garden.

Lovely neighbourhood with little noise or pollution. Power and water are both functioning perfectly. There are amenities like a park, a gym, and a swimming pool. Simple internet shopping at Dunzo or local market purchases.

The biggest issue in this area is the lack of a nearby grocery store or veggie store. The benefit here is separate parking for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Lifts and street lighting have power backup.
