Good things here
Satisfactory maintainence but there never any complaints on the electricty and water supply. Water is also very clean but still get an RO.

Constant water cuts make showering a daily struggle. The gym equipment is half-broken, and the pool looks more like a swamp. To top it all off, the security guards are asleep most of the time.
