Good things here
Near the society, auto rickshaws, cabs, railways, and bus services are available, facilitating excellent connectivity. The build quality of the society is great, with no issues of leakage or seepage reported so far. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained by a dedicated maintenance team. The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas and guards available 24/7. The issue resolution process is quick and efficient, with a dedicated person addressing daily challenges in the society. Our residents are cooperative, and all the festivals are celebrated together in the society. Additionally, there are no traffic issues around the society, which is a significant advantage.
Things need improvement
The road around the society is under construction, leading to air pollution issues at times. Additionally, there is no allocated visitor parking available in the society, and the parking arrangement is limited to a ground floor level only. This can pose challenges for pedestrians with more than one vehicle.

Good things here
The society benefits from nearby transport services, hospitals, and clean roads. The railway stations are approximately 5 km away, and there are convenient options for medical and grocery facilities.
Things need improvement
The streets can be somewhat dirty, and visitor parking is not satisfactory. The society residents tend to be introverted, and there is limited space for playing.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society, and the metro and railway stations are within walking distance. There are no traffic issues near the society. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The leakage and seepage issue has been resolved satisfactorily by the society. Ventilation is good, and the society is clean with daily garbage collection. Lifts are well-maintained, and residents are friendly. All festivals are celebrated, and sports events, especially cricket tournaments, are organized excellently. The painting work has recently been done and looks fresh.
Things need improvement
More plants should be planted along the roads outside the society, and the existing plants should be pruned properly. There is a slight water issue for about a month during summers. There are no balconies in the flats.

The main concern is that stray dogs are allowed on the premises. Additionally, the lift speed needs improvement as there is often a considerable wait time. The entry-exit gates can also be confusing at times.

The society boasts a well-maintained club and swimming pool. There's a good playing area featuring a tennis court, a small football turf, and two basketball nets. The presence of a temple adds to the cultural aspect, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. Annual fairs are held consistently, creating a lively atmosphere. The neighborhood is safe, with convenient access to vegetable vendors and shops nearby.
Things need improvement
The society faces traffic issues near the link road, and the road leading to the building is rocky and uneven. Dogs are not allowed in the play area, and the swimming pool has been closed for a year. Lifts experience periodic shutdowns for about an hour every two months. Additionally, there's limited space for visitor parking.

Metro station is just front of the Apartment,railway station is just 1km away.attentive managing commiteee to resolve issues.24/7water and electricity supply.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities has not been provided.visitors parking is not there inside the society.leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.

Build quality of the apartment is excellent,amenities like club house ,swimming pool,kids play area are very well maintained ,allocated parking has been provided,schools hospitals are near by the apartment.

Everything in the apartment is top notch and working smoothly i have no complain regarding anything.

Good things here
Connectivity is good,power back up has been provided ,24/7 water supply and electricity facilities has been given even tough power back up is there and no extra cost has been taken . bachlore's are also welcome ,amenities like swimming pool club house has been well maintained .
Things need improvement
Society has enough space for the residence parking but vistors parking is not given.
