Positives: The spaciousness of the area is noteworthy. The community comprises well-educated individuals, ensuring a positive environment. Safety measures are in place, and there's a shopping complex for daily necessities along with a temple. Access to bus facilities and nearby hospitals and markets is convenient. Additionally, the area offers fresh air, enhancing the overall quality of life.
Things need improvement
Despite the high maintenance charges, there's no gym and limited amenities available in the society. However, it's still a very peaceful place to live, with festivals celebrated nicely, creating a small-town atmosphere.

With amenities like a park, parking facilities, walking lawn, and a temple located at the entrance of the society, residents have everything they need within the complex. Additionally, there's a community hall available for gatherings and events.

The maintenance charges are high compared to the facilities provided, and there's no swimming pool or metro connectivity. Additionally, there's no power backup facility, and the availability of lifts is limited to only A block flats, with smaller area flats not having lift access.

It's a gated community with high-security measures in place, ensuring personal safety and peace of mind. Mostly inhabited by IT professionals, the environment is notably peaceful. Additionally, the shopping complex within the community caters to all daily needs, including medical requirements.

While it's a bit away from the main road, there's a shuttle service available every 30 minutes for convenience.

Good things here
In this society, residents enjoy access to all basic amenities. Small shops like a salon, a grocery store, vegetable shops, a bakery, and a canteen are conveniently located within the society. The connectivity of the society is decent, with several schools and supermarkets situated within a 1km radius. The community is known for its strong sense of unity, as residents come together to celebrate festivals and events. Additionally, cleanliness is diligently maintained throughout all areas, with regular garbage collection services in place. Additionally, a play ground and parking options are good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is subpar, with issues such as seepages and poor ventilation. Major amenities such as a clubhouse or gym are lacking, and the location is not fully developed.

the management is subpar and the locality is filled with bad people. I have been working here for quite some time and it is getting harder. There are no services and the area needs some work.

This area is suffering from massive power disruptions, meanwhile backup has no proper maintenance. this area is a bit costly as well as they charge 4k for the maintenance to blocks.

I have been in this area for a long time and I have to say, the process of getting better is slow. So many power outages and cost is touching the sky. During rains, roads get dangerous.

I have moved into this place from far and I feel I will move again, this place is not great. I got very bad reviews. The area is quite dirty and unsafe for my taste. Connectivity is fine.

Outside is a nice area, shops are close. Maintenance needs to be checked along with the high price. I am away from home so I don’t know much but water should be provided regularly.
