Good things here

Overall my experience in that society was excellent ,neighbour were very friendly and helpful.All the festivals celebrated in the society.There is lots of open space for kids to play around the society.Area around the society is really good essentials were easily available near by the society.Rooms were spacious and isolated in the society so the quality of the construction is good.

Connectivity was the drawback as this society has zero connectivity with public transport facilities there is no bus stop near by the society,railway station is far away from the society though auto and private cabs were easily available near by the society.

Good things here

Locality of the society is great,There are no traffic and water logging issues around the society.Hospitals are near by the society.Swimming pool was functional and well maintained.Good security system and hygenic atmosphere in the apartments.Crowd of the apartment is good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.

During summers there are water supply issues in the society.there is no allocated visitors parking in the society.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society

Society is at good location ,local transport is easy to approach,Schools,hospitals are near by the society.Crowd of the people is good ,kind and helpful.Good security system in the society.

Good things here

Connectivity was really good like local tranport facilities were easy to approach near by the society.Construction quality is great like there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.All the modern amenities were there in the society and eveything was fully functional in the society.allocated parking space is there in the society for owners and visitors.high security system in the society,24/7 security staff was there on the entrance.Society was neat,clean and well maintained.

Solar panel and generators were not there in that society,we have to personally get this facilities for ourself and during power lifts were no functional.

The security facilities are excellent. The connectivity is good with a nearby market for groceries and other items. Recently, new roads have been constructed, reducing traffic issues. Additionally, there is a swimming pool and clubhouse available. The neighborhood is friendly, and festivals are celebrated in the society.

The maintenance services in the society face several challenges. Firstly, the gas pipeline frequently gets damaged, leading to disruptions in gas supply. Secondly, there are frequent power outages, causing inconvenience to the residents. Additionally, issues with the WiFi connection and network connectivity further compound the problem.

Furthermore, the lack of allocated visitors' parking spaces often leads to visitors parking in inconvenient locations, causing issues. The absence of amenities in the society, apart from a small play area, is also a concern. Enhancing the existing play area and adding more play equipment for kids could improve the overall experience for residents.

A great project is one where the electricity is almost always on and the streets are maintained spotless with no rubbish piling up. There is a bus stop nearby and the project is conveniently reachable by public transit. Police officers will frequently be on patrol.
