Connectivity of the society was top-notch, local transport facilities were also easily available. Schools hospitals are nearby the society.local railway station is at walkable distance.

Maintenance of the society is just below average. There are zero amenities in the society. Visitors parking has not been provided. Construction has become so old that leakage and seepage issues are there. There is no socialism in the society.

This society has all major amenities, including a supermarket, pharmacy, salon, clubhouse, gym, park, and two swimming pools - one for children and the other for adults. Connectivity is excellent, with nearby international schools and multispecialty hospitals like Sunshine and Apollo. Maintenance is also reliable, with good power backup options for all residents and an uninterrupted water supply.

The major problem with this society is its poor construction quality, which leads to various issues such as leakages. Additionally, there is a lack of facilities, such as a badminton court, for children to play.

I moved out of this community approximately two years ago. During my time there, the community was centrally located, with all basic amenities easily accessible. There were shops, vegetable markets, supermarkets, and salons within walking distance of the community. Additionally, the connectivity of the community was excellent, with schools, hospitals, hotels, gyms, and gas agencies all within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers. The maintenance facilities in the community included power backup and efficient garbage collection services. The elevators were in good working condition, and there were ample parking options available. The community also has good open space, and good security measures were in place to ensure safety.
Things need improvement
The main problem within this society is the limited availability of water, which is restricted to fixed timings. Additionally, there are issues with the builder and the lack of essential amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, or swimming pool.
