Everything was well maintained in the society. Cleanliness was also there.
The metro station is far from the society this creates some type of difficulties

It's an amazing place suitable for various types of individuals at a reasonable price. Positive aspects include a neat and clean society, a variety of available flats, a spacious park, a small market within the society, a gym, proximity to the metro (2 km away), less traffic, and being a pet-friendly community.
Negative aspects of the society include: High maintenance charges Less population in the society Poor power backup Seepage issues Limited parking space Lack of security guards on Sundays Absence of houses or shops near the society Occasional leakage problems

Up pal Southend is a wonderful and delightful place to live in. The top-notch infrastructure development and management contribute to a positive living experience, making it a highly appreciated and cherished location.
Expanding the public parking spot, especially for outsiders and delivery vehicles like Tomato, Twiggy, Amazon, and Flipkart, is necessary. Despite this concern, you express love for the society overall.

The society is spacious with ample parking and nearby shops for groceries. It's pet-friendly and has a well-maintained turf for sports. There are gyms, schools, and theaters nearby. The garden is well-kept, and festivals are celebrated. Autos and cabs are easily accessible. Flats have good ventilation, lighting, and elevators are well-maintained. The building is structurally sound with friendly neighbors and proper water supply.
The society has limited visitors' parking, and noise from nearby roads can be an issue. Maintenance charges are average, and the lifestyle is mainly middle-class. Lack of sheds or roofs can be problematic during rainfall. Power cuts and poorly constructed roads outside the society are occasional issues. There's also a nearby pond with waste, causing occasional bad smells.

This is a DDA flats. Connectivity is good like nearby shops, markets available.
Amenitis like clubhouse, gym, swiming pool nothing is there. that's why we have to go outside for those services.

Nearby markets, malls,school, hospital all are there. All the facilities are there.
Consttruction problem is the main problem of the society like seepage, leakage issue son wall.

All the connectivity like auto, cabs,buses are easy to catch and public transport are very easy. Maintenance is very good like everything is on time.
For catch metro and railway you have to go around 10-25 km. there is no clubhouse, no swimming pool.

The cab and auto availability is good. All the amenities are available like swimming pool, clubhouse and gym.
All the things are great here, but the maintenance is poor, roads are not well maintained in the rainy season pits fill with water.

Construction is very good, walls, pillars are very strong. Autos, cabs are easy to catch.swimming pool, gym is there.
Metro and railway are 5-6 km far from society, so you have to travel there using public transport.

Connectivity like la, uber, rapido are easily accessible. Society has a power backup system. Construction quite good.
Seepage ISS arises. No gym facility provided. They have a paid power backup system and coast is high.
