Good things here
Zen Hospital is just 5 mins away from the society. Metro is also 5 mins away from the society, it's nearby, Chembur railway station is also nearby, it's pretty close to the society. The connectivity of the society iis amazing. The lifts and CCTV are properly working in the society. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. I stayed on 5th fllor, so as such there are no seepage that I've got in my appartment. Balcony is available in the society. There are gym, swimmingpool available in amenities in the society. The people in the society are friendly and cooperative
Things need improvement
I'm not aware of the swimmingpool weather it's functional or not because there was some work going on and swimmingpool was shut down at that moment in the society. There was a bit of internet connectivity issues as the society only had one internet provider.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Water supply issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is quite big and spacious in the buildings. The location of the society is very good.
Things need improvement
The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. During rainy seasons major leakage issues are seen in bathrooms. swimmingpool is not maintained properly.

Good things here
Market is very much accesible and metro station is 10mins away from the society. all the aminities are very vell maintained. flats are very specious and has balconies. very peacfull society.
Things need improvement
Visitor parking is not available in the society and the maintenance chargers are very much high. we really want these thigns should be highlight

Good things here
Auto,cabs are easily available near by the sociey even railway station is near by the society.maintenance charges are reasonable in the society,Time to time painting is done there.There is good security system as 24/7 security staff and cctv both facilities are available.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society overall good socialism.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc.
Things need improvement
Time allocated for amenities is not convenient for the residents.Lifts are not funtional and well maintained in the society .Quality of the construction is not good walls are not strong within.

Good things here
The security in the society is good, and festivals are celebrated. All modern amenities are available and are maintained even better than before. The society is clean. Autos and buses are available near the local railway station. The roads outside the society are in good condition.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not within walking distance. Since the society is a bit old, there are issues like leakage, seepage, and cracks. Parking is allotted to some but not to others. Occasionally, the lifts are out of service.
