Good things here
The management is helpful and responds very well when we have any problems; they are always ready to assist. Connectivity-wise, within 3 km, there are schools, a bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery shops. The road condition is good, and the street lights are working. There is good parking space, and amenities include a basketball court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they do proper cleaning and collect garbage on time every day. The lift is functioning well, and people are helpful and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike in the society. The community is friendly, the amenities are excellent, maintenance is top-notch, and the management is always responsive and helpful. It's an ideal living environment.

Good things here
There are no issues with connectivity; it's convenient to find auto rickshaws, and cabs, and access the metro. Maintenance is commendable, ensuring everything is well-kept. The construction of the buildings is solid without any noticeable issues. Amenities such as the garden, swimming pool, gym, and parks are well-maintained and enjoyable. Security measures, including CCTV coverage, are reassuring, and parking facilities are adequate for both residents and guests. Stray dogs are managed well within the community.
Things need improvement
The once-friendly neighbourhood atmosphere in the society seems to have shifted. Interactions with neighbours have become less pleasant, which is disappointing.

Good things here
Festivals are celebrated very well in the society. The lifts are maintained, and cleanliness is upheld. The maintenance charges are justified, and water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities and no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
When we lived there, local transport was available near the society, but we had to book cabs for further travel. Some residents in the society created a few issues.

Good things here
The security system within the society is commendable, featuring security guards and CCTV cameras. The construction of the buildings is outstanding, and the maintenance ensures cleanliness both inside and outside. Residents are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society faces transportation challenges with limited availability of cabs and buses. Additionally, there are concerns about cracks in the basement, and the swimming pool requires better maintenance.

The only nice thing about this place is the pretty view of the lake and the cool water features.

In this society, people are dealing with various problems such as expensive maintenance fees, poorly maintained pool and gym facilities, insufficient cleanliness, and unpleasant smells in the elevators due to inadequate maintenance.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The locality is very good in the society, and the atmosphere is spacious and calm. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facility is very good, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good, with daily collection of wet and dry waste separately. Ventilation of the flats is very good, and there are spacious walking areas in the society. Facilities like supermarkets and markets are available within a walkable distance from the society. The parking area is also very spacious in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro is far from the society, making it inconvenient for residents. The roads inside the society are not good, which adds to the inconvenience. Pollution is present due to the main road nearby the society. Public transportation like buses is far from the society, further adding to the inconvenience.

The society has a range of amenities such as a clubhouse, play area, swimming pool, gym, indoor games facilities, ample parking space, and reliable power backups.

The quality of construction in society is poo, with inadequate ventilation and minor cracks present on the walls.

This society has excellent connectivity within a 2km radius, providing easy access to international schools, supermarkets, hospitals, and bus stops. The association is highly effective, promptly resolving all resident complaints. There are no issues with the water supply. The society's amenities include a gym, swimming pool, and outdoor play area. There are no problems with parking. Construction quality within the society is outstanding, ensuring good ventilation and the absence of water leakage issues. The environment within the society is pleasant and all the residents live together like a family.

In this society, some maintenance facilities are very poor, with irregular inspections of amenities and poor regular cleaning services.
