Some negative factors that I should include here that are several potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer.

The place has a good connection with roads and highways which seems much beneficial to me. My father is an employee of an IT hub which is just a few km distance from the place. The place delivers several useful factors like some well known schools, super speciality hospitals, banks, shopping malls, medicine shops are so close to my place.

There are negative points to be imposed by the authority, the slums are located near this property and I think I will affect the sentiments of the residents. It has an inadequate underground drainage network which causes frequent water-logging issues as per the reports of the local people. The areas here lack bus connectivity which would be quite disappointing. Inadequate street lighting has been reported which will cause serious problems for the elderly. Also, the place is recommended.

Some internal facilities such as gyms and meditation and yoga center, track for jogging, a swimming pool, kids play area, basketball and lawn tennis courts are propsed here. They authority has promised us to give the best service and workers are so decent here. The whole environment is so serene and have considerable space for tree planting. A huge space for car parking is provided here. The construction is so nice yet and I would like to recommend this place with lots of amenities for everyone.
