Living in our neighborhood presents several difficulties that affect our daily lives. Firstly, we don't have a park nearby, so there's no green space for us to relax and enjoy nature. Additionally, we don't have a swimming pool, which would have been a great way to unwind, especially during hot days. Dealing with frequent traffic jams near our society makes getting around a headache, and the lack of reliable public transportation makes it even harder, especially for those without a car. The roads within our society are in poor condition, full of potholes and bumps, making driving uncomfortable and potentially damaging our vehicles. On top of all this, we have to deal with high maintenance charges, which strain our finances and add to our stress. Overall, these challenges make living in our society more difficult than it should be, impacting our convenience, comfort, and financial stability.

The lift quality in the society leaves much to be desired, often causing inconvenience to residents. Additionally, frequent traffic jams in the area can be frustrating. Moreover, the absence of club facilities deprives residents of recreational amenities within the community.

While the society itself is okay, the maintenance leaves much to be desired. However, one positive aspect is the abundance of greenery and pleasant walking spaces available.
Things need improvement
The maintenance crew doesn't seem to be doing their job well. They're causing problems by insisting on parking in the flooded basement and not addressing construction projects that go on longer than permitted. It's also worrying that some owners are threatening others, and the maintenance team isn't doing anything about it.

Orchid Petals is an excellent society for residents, offering top-notch amenities such as green parks, a gym, swimming pool, and club facilities. Security measures are stringent, ensuring only residents can enter the gated society. The location is convenient, with markets and malls nearby, including the popular Omaxe Mall. The flats are spacious, especially the 3BHKs in the 2000 sq. ft. range, and are well-maintained. Additionally, it's a sound investment choice. As a fellow resident of Tower No. 9, 5th Floor, I can vouch for the quality of life here.
Things need improvement
The surrounding area adjoining the society may not be up to par, and internal roads could be congested at times. While the power backup may experience occasional delays, it generally functions adequately. However, there are instances where electricity poles in some areas are not operational in the evening. The lift space may also be limited, although it serves its purpose adequately.

Ola and Uber are available near the society, and the maintenance of the society is excellent. Cleanliness is also well-maintained in the society. Despite being old, the flats are in very good condition, with no issues of seepage or termites. The housekeeping services in the society are also excellent. The society is conveniently located near the Bombay highway. All amenities are available here, and there is ample open space, making it a clean and pleasant society. The flats are very spacious, with enough gap between them, ensuring they are not congested and providing complete privacy.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station or bus stop near the society, which is not ideal, especially for elders, with a 10-minute gap being quite inconvenient. The quality of roads around the society is very poor, with many potholes. The roads outside the society are also in bad condition, and the surroundings are often dirty. Hawkers who block both sides of the road outside the society should be removed to avoid congestion and maintain cleanliness. This not only affects the image of the society but also poses risks as people gather there to eat. Unlike the beautiful paintings on the walls in Delhi, the surroundings here lack such upkeep. If pets cause any harm, people may not remain friendly.

Within our community, there's plenty to enjoy. We have a clubhouse where you can hang out and have fun with your neighbors. Finding a parking spot is easy here, so you don't have to worry about that. Plus, we always have water available, so you never run out. The gardens around are well taken care of, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You can also play sports like tennis, volleyball, or basketball right here. If you're into fitness, we have gyms too. And don't worry about blackouts—we've got backup power. Oh, and there's even a skating rink for some extra fun!
Things need improvement
There seems to be some tension between pet owners and those without pets in our community. Unfortunately, it's not permitted to let dogs roam freely, even in designated areas. Additionally, there's a shortage of play areas specifically designed for dogs, which can be frustrating for pet owners.

Connectivity to the society has significantly improved over the years, with the opening of Sapphire shopping complex, Sodhis, and Kissan Mandi at walking distance. Although there's only one decent shop within the society, residents don't feel the need for more due to these nearby options. There's ample space between the towers, so unless you're unlucky with your flat choice, you won't feel cramped compared to other societies. The swimming pools, spread across 25 towers, offer decent privacy, unlike some posh societies where female usage is limited.

Despite being around for more than 12 years, there's still no clubhouse because of ongoing disagreements with the builder. Instead, makeshift facilities like small gyms and party halls have been set up, which were meant to be temporary but have become permanent fixtures. The lifts in the buildings are often in bad shape, despite having a contract with a maintenance company. This has led to instances of people, including kids and elderly residents, getting stuck in the lifts for long periods.

We've got several parks, perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll in the evenings. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby, so getting groceries is super convenient—I can just walk to the store. Parking is never a problem either, as there's plenty of space around my building. And the best part? No traffic jams in our city, so commuting is a breeze. On top of that, our society has great public transport options, which makes it easy for businesses to import and export goods. Overall, living here is pretty sweet!

Lack any nearby clubs or restaurants, which means there aren't many options for socializing or dining out. Additionally, we often face issues with our water supply, causing inconvenience for residents. Furthermore, the lack of good road connections to other cities makes travel difficult. Moreover, the community vibe is missing, as neighbors tend to keep to themselves and don't engage much with each other. Finally, despite paying high maintenance fees, the living conditions in our society are subpar, with poor hygiene standards and cleanliness in the rooms. The neighborhood is lively and centrally located, making everything easily accessible on foot. Although there's a gym in the society, there are a few more nearby. I have been living here for 7 years now, though i have been coming to the society for over 12-13 years ...been a great enough experience....yes, the proximity from any hospitals and nearby schools is about 15-20 mins , and there can be instances when the society has jams in front of it....but it mostly its hassle free. Love living here and has a nice vibe to it. Also, it is going through some interior overhalls right now which are great as well

There's plenty of greenery, making it a lovely area to reside in. It's convenient too, with malls and local markets nearby. The infrastructure of the society is impressive, boasting an amazing club and a wide range of facilities. Having departmental and medicinal stores inside the society adds to the convenience, and having a vegetable market right outside the gate is a big plus. Plus, with good commuting facilities, it's a well-rounded and convenient place to call home.

Noisy neighbors can be disturbing, and nearby construction can add to the annoyance. Additionally, high maintenance costs and steep rent for a 2BHK flat at 35k can be quite burdensome. The rooms boast contemporary woodwork, while the bathrooms are equipped with geysers and all essential furnishings. Our residential campus prioritizes security and upkeep, offering beautifully designed walking and jogging tracks for residents to stay healthy and energized, which is especially important in today's times.

The connectivity of this society is good, cabs are easily available. The society is almost in the main road. The society maintainance is taken care as the water supply and electricity issues are not faced yet. Other facilities like gym, small library, swimming poll is available in the society and are accessible There are play area and parks are availabe in the society This society maintains greeneries. People inn this society are friendly and cooperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

The construction quality is average as it is a very old building, some seapage and leakage issues are seen but that happens sometimes. The plaster quality of the society is old so some issues happens. There are no club house available inside the society If there is too much of noise in the society then objection happens There is a lot of discriminations that happens in the society such as flats are not given to bachellors looking for a rent in the society. Membership to bachellors are not given. Bachelors are mistreated and they face a lot trouble if someone is not married

Though the society is not near metro connectivity but i have never faced an issue with connectivity in turms of uber, zomato or even amazon. the society's housekeeping staff is very active and hence it always stays clean and hygienic.

The metro station is quite a distance away from the house; one needs to travel to Huda Metro Station, which takes approximately 25 minutes. During the monsoon season, there are challenges with waterlogging in the area. Additionally, the gym and clubhouse facilities are exclusively accessible to families and not open to bachelors.

Maintennace charge of the soicety is INR 5500 and according to the charge, things are taking care of. The commity is pro active and wheneever tehre is any issue trhey respond quickly and try to fix it as soon as possible. Although the residents mostly use their private vehicle but auto cabs are easily available for better commute, there is a big market area nearby for daily utilities. The lifts are working well in the society and it gets checked regularly. There is swimming pool and a community hall is in construction, for the festivals that are being celebrated regularly in the socitey

There is ocassional issue of walls crack or seepage, but since the maintenance is top notch it gets fixed very quickly. Other than that, the society has all the basic amenities that is needed to live a decent life. Nothing needs to be added or improved as such. Community hall was not there for celebration of festivals but it is not in constructional phase
