Good things here
The apartment is well-kept and has a nice swimming pool. It consists of several connected blocks, except for one. There's a big gym and some shops in one of the blocks. They also have a large community hall for events and an outdoor theater for gatherings. It's located just off Sarjapura road, about a kilometer away from the main road. The area has good roads and bus services. With the area growing quickly, it's a good place to invest in.

There's plenty of space and great amenities available. Additionally, there's a store within the apartment complex for added convenience.

The pleasant ambiance, proximity to the village, and the presence of a friendly community make this society an ideal place to live.

In this society, it's not good that buildings have cracks in pillars and water leaks which shows the lack of construction quality.

In this society, connectivity is poor, requiring residents to walk for 15 minutes to reach the nearest bus stop.
