It's a wonderfully peaceful environment here, with no traffic jams to worry about. Parking is ample and convenient, making it easy for residents and visitors alike. Plus, there are shops right within the society, so there's no need to venture outside for daily essentials. And with a gym facility available, staying fit and healthy couldn't be easier.
While our society has many good things, like shops and a gym, there are some areas we could improve. For example, there's no metro nearby, which might make it harder for some people to get around. Also, we need to work on making the place safer, maybe by training the guards better so they can keep an eye out for anything unusual.

The layouts offered in this price range are among the best, with excellent construction quality. Additionally, the mountain-facing flats provide a stunning view of the Shivalik mountain range, adding to the appeal of the property.
Public transport is not very good yet but autos taxis are easily available to reach. Metro is also planned on the SPR road but it will take some time.,

The location seems favorable, and the construction quality appears to be good. It's convenient that there's a private cab facility available, which can make commuting easier for residents.
There aren't any amenities like a club, shops, or recreational facilities available yet. The fact that there's a road dividing the two tower areas might also make things feel a bit disconnected. These are all things that could be frustrating for residents and need to be sorted out.

Amenities like swimming pool, community hall, gym are missing...no hope of the construction of the same in near future also.... Maintenance charges too high without much facilities.

I recently visited the society, and it's now ready for fit-outs. I had a look at the sample apartment and was impressed by the layout, fittings, and finishing done by the builder. Everything looked very well-designed and executed. The open areas have also been developed nicely, adding to the overall appeal of the society.
There's been a delay in receiving possession, which is frustrating. Additionally, the main road outside the society is too narrow, especially considering it was supposed to be widened according to the standard and actual layout. This could potentially cause congestion and inconvenience for residents and visitors.

The excellent maintenance of the society, which gives it a royal feel. The spacious areas for children to play and the strict adherence to rules by security guards contribute to a secure environment. Additionally, you mentioned that your dream is to construct a similar society.
It appears that there might be occasional issues with the performance of security guards. Despite that, overall, you feel that the society creates a positive impression for anyone who sees it.

This residence is an extremely peaceful and perfect place for a person like me who loves calmness and tranquillity. And the neighbours are so friendly I have had so much helps from them in emergencies during this pandemic. In this campus some additional conveniences such as Basketball court, Jogging track, Lawn, swimming pool, gym are also available here. I am a basketball player and being in this apartment I am so much pleased.

I'm a dweller of this residence and experienced a luxurious life with some superlative amenities as well. The Apartment are of the following configurations: 2BHK and 3BHK. We bought a 2bhk flat for ourselves. This developers deliver a proper extravagant accommodation to all the inhabitants by setting up some desired designs of their buildings. For me, they serve a bliss home with several luxurious specifications at a much affordable price for sure.

The transport system is very poor in many of the area. Inadequate local transport also affects the connectivity in this vicinity. Limited malls and essential shops present here which leads difficulty sometimes. Absence of streetlights on the road connecting to Southern Peripheral Road which is very problematic for aged people also. My father in law has stomach issue and water supply is contaminated here.

This place is linked to Sohna-Gurgaon Road and Golf Course Road. Business hubs within 7 km such as Bestech Tower, Vatika Professional Point and IRIS Tech Park. That is the major reason of choosing this place for many of the inhabitants. I father also works at IRIS Tech Park and choosing this place is hugely beneficial for him.
