Good things here

Connectivity of the society is good, autos & cabs are available easily available outside the society. Facilities like gym & clubhouse are there. People are friendly & celebrate festivals together in society.

Cleanliness & maintenance should improve, more hygiene needs to be maintained. Construction quality is also average as there are some seepage/leakage issues in society.

Good things here

It's a gated community with round-the-clock security guards for safety. The kids' play area is spacious and well maintained, and nearby amenities like schools and petrol pumps add convenience. Although the RWA is responsible for maintenance, it seems like there are some areas that need improvement, such as the cleanliness of the swimming pool and parking areas. Residents also face challenges with seepage during the rainy season. The connectivity to the main highway is good, but there's a need to reduce maintenance charges as they're higher compared to other areas.

Good things here

The society enjoys excellent connectivity, and overall maintenance is good with well-kept amenities.there's a nearby market, although there's no metro in the area. On the bright side, the society boasts ample park space, which is a positive feature.

Only drawback maintenance of individual flats is lacking, with issues like peeling paint.

Good things here

Well connected with good roads and nearby markets and restaurants for convenience. Having Big Basket deliver daily essentials is a plus. While the construction quality may be average and there are concerns about the builder's financial situation, the RWA/maintenance seems fine, and neighbors are good. The presence of a small club, pool, and playground adds to the overall positive experience of living there.

The swimming pool is small, and owners have to spend extra to get certain facilities like intercom and maintenance. However, the pricing and rentals are lower compared to other areas/societies, which might be a plus for some people.

The atmosphere is pleasant, with a satisfying open area and a nice park to relax. The environment is consistently cool and calm, which I personally enjoy.

The walls have poor quality, leading to water seepage issues, especially during the rainy season. Despite multiple attempts at waterproofing, the problem persists, causing damage to furniture and wall paint.

Raheja Navodya is conveniently located on the main road with excellent connectivity. It's a well-maintained gated society with CCTV cameras for added security. The surrounding area boasts plenty of greenery, and the park inside the society is well maintained. With its promising location and facilities, it offers a bright future for both investors and end users. Additionally, the support staff is efficient and helpful.

Good things here

I have been living here for the last 8 years. The only good thing about the society is the space. We have a park, which is good for walking and for kids to play. There is also a temple. These are the only things that are amazing in the society.

Things need improvement

The metro is approximately 25 km away from the society. Maintenance is very poor, the clubhouse does not work, and the swimming pool is not accessible due to a lack of lights. There is a seepage problem in the parking area, and termites are present in every flat. The construction is pathetic, when trying to insert a nail on the wall, the plaster comes out.

Good things here

The society was well-maintained, with cleanliness and security ensured through CCTV cameras and lifts. The construction quality was high, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Waterlogging wasn't a problem during the rainy season. All amenities were available and well-kept. Though not very interactive with neighbors, the most liked aspect was the safety and security of the society.

The metro station is quite distant from the society, requiring a journey of at least 2 kilometers for public transport. The market area is approximately 1.5 kilometers away from the house.

Good things here

There is no water logging on roads in society. Daily garbage is collected. There is no poor quality plaster. All facilities, amenities is good. All people are well educated.

Navodaya has luxury Flats, located on the road society, good surrounding and green environment. School, hospitals and shopping mall are just at a walking distance away. It is a pollution-free area.

The roads in the surroundings are well maintained, nearby markets and grocery shops helps in fetching essential items. I moved in a few months ago and absolutely love this place.

The connectivity of the place needs to be improved. I lose a lot of time in reaching other parts of the city on the road and in the traffic. I rent an apartment here and I believe the rent is a little too high considering the quality of the apartments.
