The surrounding greenery enhances the beauty of the area, fostering a peaceful atmosphere. People in the community are helpful and celebrate festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ramadan together.
Parking space within the society is often congested, causing inconvenience to residents. Adding a mini party hall to the amenities would enhance the community's social gatherings and events, providing a dedicated space for celebrations and gatherings.

Water facility is good in the society, available 24/7. People are very friendly and celebrate every festival such as Ganesh Chaturthi and Shivratri like a family in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is conducted daily and is good in the society. Ventilation of the flats is very good. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The roads inside the society are very good, and the parking area is very spacious.
There is no connectivity such as cabs and autos available in the society, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the construction quality is very poor, with cracks appearing on the walls in the society.

Garbage collection is excellent in the society; they collect wet and dry waste separately on a daily basis at a specific time. Power backup is also available in the society. Amenities like swimming pools are well-maintained, and the kids' play area is spacious. Hospitals are conveniently located within a 2 km radius of the society. The cleanliness of the society is commendable, maintaining high hygiene standards. Security within the society is robust due to the professionalism of the security guards. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society.
Connectivity, like cabs, is not easily available in the society; even if we book, there's a long waiting time. Public transportation options like buses are also inconveniently located near the society. Water facility is not reliable in the society, especially during late nights from 12 am to 5 am. Construction quality is poor, with issues such as cracks on walls, which is inconvenient. Amenities like a clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society. Maintenance charges are very expensive. The parking area is highly congested, and there is no designated visitors' parking area in the society.

In this society, the people are kind, and the location is excellent as all major amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and bus stops are within a 2.5 km radius. The maintenance of the society is superb, with a 24/7 water supply and regular cleaning of its surroundings. The monthly maintenance charges are minimal, and overall upkeep is commendable. The construction quality is high, with a well-designed structure and good ventilation. This society has excellent amenities including a community hall, gym, swimming pool, outdoor play area, and a well-equipped space for kids to play. The celebration of all major Hindu festivals is also noteworthy.
The only issue the society's outside the area is with traffic congestion especsially during morning and evening working hours causes a problem for the residents.
