Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos.Maintenance quality was good with timely disposal of waste, proper water supply. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. There is a playground for children. Construction quality is fine with no seepage or leakage issues. There is basement parking. Hygiene is maintained. Market areas are available in the society itself. The neighborhood celebrates all the festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
The metro and buses are not available. The road quality around the society must be improved.

It's a nice neighborhood with a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and ample parking space.

Good things here
Society is beautiful within as there is zero pollution and lots of open space and calm atmosphere in the society.Crowd is really good and all the festivals are celebrated grandly in the society.Cleaniness is good and time to time mopping and sweeping is done in the society.Quality of the construction is really good as the rooms are spacious and well designed attached with balcony.
Things need improvement
Major drawback for this society is roads outside the apartment as that is under-developed and even too small and conjested that 2 vehicles cant come across together, due to that local transport facilities are also not available near by the society.safety is also concern as both gate are connected to that road and people living over that area is not good it is not safe for a women to come after 9pm onwards.

Good things here
All amenities are available within the society like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, etc. Markets are near and the construction quality of the building is good as i have not faced any issues related to crackas and seepage.
Things need improvement
Proper garbage collection is not done in the society and the area smells a lot, connectivity of the society is an issue as there are no roads, and public transport and the metro is not yet here in Pune, so traveling without own vehicle is not easy. parking is also an issue in society no allotted spots are there and are arguments regarding the same every once in a while.

Good things here
Maintenance services were good, and amenities were available and well-maintained. The society used to celebrate festivals, and the people were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Seepage was a significant issue, and there was a smell from the tanker in front of the flat. The condition outside the society was very poor with broken roads leading to waterlogging issues. Construction work was ongoing, resulting in a lot of dust and dirt accumulation, and the area wasn't pleasant.

Good things here
It was good living experience in the society,build quality was good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage.Crowd of the people was good and there was no discrimination between owners and tenants.Society was neat,clean and well maintained.
Things need improvement
Society i bit inside from the road so the transportation was really bad and not approachable near by the society.The roads outside the apatment was bit naroow and conjusted.

There are good schools and hospitals near by the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,garden.gym etc.Rooms are quite spacious and well designed attached with beautiful balcony.High security system in the society as cctv and mygated both the facilities has been adopted in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall socialism is good.Society is neat,clean and well maintained.

There is no railway connectivity near by the society.Power back up facilities are available onl for common areas of the society.

As the Resident mentioned, the society has a vast variety of local transport availability such as Metro, Indrive, Uber and many more. Talking about the facilities of auto, they could be found easily and can even be booked for a single passanger so that they do not have to share it with other co passengers. The area is extremely safe for late nights as the crowd is available even at night along with the facilities of cabs and autos. The street lights works very efficiently and ensures proper lighting in the area. The neighbours are decent and well educated. The authority make sure that some activity or the other is conducted once every month to ensure coordination and cooperation of the neighbours. Amenities include big playground where teenagars play during their summer vacations and holidays, a swimming pool with proper safety and security and clubhouses as well. Ventilation and greenary is all around the society with a variety of flowers. Garbage is very well disposed every day at 12:30 pm. The working proffessionals can just keep the bags outside their homes and the garbage team comes and collects it. CCTVS maintains safety with fast and spacious elevators.
Things need improvement
Sometimes , problem of loud music occurs as bachelors living in the society, party during the weekends. People offen complain about the problem of seepage and damps in the building which detoriorates the quality of the building and makes it weak. Network connectivity is poor in the top floors of the building especially vodafone. Power backup facility is not provided over there.

The presence of a swimming pool and ample open spaces enhances the quality of life, offering opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Overall, our society stands as a shining example of proactive management, community spirit, and a commitment to providing residents with a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Huge traffic and pollution in the area with water logging on roads during monsoons have created huge problem for the people and no actions havebeen taken for it. Sometimes quarrelling and crowd gathering happens on roads for no reason and makes the traffic even worse.
