I have been dwelling in the residence for a year and have had all the latest amenities including professional security services, ample space for car parking, proper services when I needed etc. This residence is an extremely peaceful and perfect place for a person like me who loves calmness and tranquility. And the neighbors are so friendly I have had so much helps from them in emergencies during this pandemic.

Being a resident of the Rustomjee Urbania I feel satisfied with their amenities. I have bought a 2 BHK flat for myself with much affordable prices with the perfect accommodation. Both 2BHK and 3BHK flats have attached sundeck with decent room decoration and ample number of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Every building has the fastest elevators, a good water supply, perfect drainage and sewage systems. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus, according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for a luxurious dwelling.

For me, it is one of the worst township projects completed in Thane most of the amenities are not there as they promised. The habitats has considerable connectivity to Majiwade highways is just 10 minutes off to the Thane station. And it is just 4.3 km away from the Bandra-Worli sea link but it does not effect me anyway. This residence also is 3.5 km far from Western Express Highway. This place has several renowned shopping malls, theatres, schools and colleges, parlors, banks, hospitals but I have to take a lot stress to reach my office. So, I would recommend if you do not have anything which deals with the malls or schools or banks as mentioned earlier, do not take this as residence.

This residence is the most greenery territory till now for me as it has a lot of trees, herbs and shrubs in every place on this campus. This location also takes part in sports facilities like having a large badminton and basketball court. Every weekend I used to play basketball on this court. It has also a separate room for indoor games like table tennis, snooker etc. Another thing is it is just a few steps away from the renowned Korum mall, Smt. Sulochnadevi Singhania School, Qi Spine Clinic, Kalwa Railway Station etc. Hence, whenever I needed something, I can easily obtain them from here.

This residence comprising playgrounds for children, a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga as well. I also meditate here every morning. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. Many lads play together every evening. Neighbours are so benevolent and irrespective of every religion, we all attend every festival. It has a huge hall for meetings and other communal activities as well.
