All the major festivals are celebrated in a lavish way starting from Ganesh Chaturthi to Navratri to all other festivals.
Nothing, in my opinion the project is amazing, it has all the amenities and facilities one could ask for.

Overall, it was a very good society. Hygiene was well-maintained, and the design and structure of both the society and our room pleased my family, making my parents very happy. However, there were occasional disappointments with water issues. Despite this, I am satisfied with everything, and it was indeed a good place to be.
I dislike the water issue that occurred in March 2019; it was quite frustrating. Additionally, I'm disappointed by the behavior of some of the tenants.

It's especially inconvenient for those commuting to Dombivali station for the central line, as heavy traffic during peak hours adds to the transportation woes. While Palava buses are available, they often run with long gaps, leaving residents reliant on personal vehicles or ride-hailing services like Ola/Uber.

It's the best residential society, offering top-notch security with a big entrance gate and 3-4 guards always present. High-quality security cameras further ensure safety. The society provides numerous amenities, including a playgroup for children, gardens, and a running track for older residents.

It's a gated community where outsiders require confirmation for entry. The amenities are extensive, including a sports complex, swimming pool, garden, mall, Dominos outlet, and shops, providing a comprehensive experience within the society. With plenty of children around, your kid will easily make friends. A mini-bus service operates every half an hour, providing convenient transportation from your building to the society gate. Additionally, all buildings are equipped with well-maintained lift facilities.
The road connectivity to the city is inadequate, and the maintenance of the society is lacking. There are limited online food options available on platforms like Zomato and Swiggy. Access to the sports complex is restricted to owners and their direct family members, with others required to pay a substantial fee. Parking space is also limited and comes at an additional charge.

While every location may have its drawbacks, I personally haven't encountered any negatives for this particular location.
