Good things here
This project in JP Nagar stands out for its excellent construction. I particularly enjoy my 12th-floor view of the lake—it's stunning. The maintenance staff is always prompt in addressing any requests, and amenities like the lift, tennis court, and basketball courts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Due to its proximity to the lake, the area tends to get a bit extra humid. There are some issues with water seeping into the living room balcony easily during rains, which needs attention. Additionally, the roads inside the complex require maintenance.

There are numerous amenities available, including 24/7 lift access, a swimming pool, parks for playing, and even a bowling court. Regular cleaning is conducted, and security guards are stationed 24/7 at the gates and near the building.
Things need improvement
Finding a reasonable price for tenancy can be challenging, as some flats are quite expensive. Additionally, ongoing nearby construction can be disruptive for certain residents. One notable absence is the lack of a BB instant vending machine, which is available in many other societies and can be quite convenient for accessing daily use products.

The gym facilities are commendable, and the swimming pool is consistently well-maintained and clean. Adequate parking facilities add convenience for residents with vehicles.
Things need improvement
The building shows signs of age, with occasional water dripping from the ceiling. Areas like stairways and corners could benefit from painting and cleaning. There's a need for increased lift capacity to accommodate residents more efficiently. Signal issues, particularly with wifi and phone connectivity, can be frustrating and make communication challenging at times.

Elita boasts well-maintained clubs and numerous basketball courts. The presence of shops within the society adds convenience. Its expansive layout ensures unobstructed wind flow between buildings. Ample playgrounds provide space for children to play, and the society offers a large parking area. Additionally, finding cabs is easy within the vicinity.
Things need improvement
The sewage system and building quality are subpar, with issues such as black water coming from flushed toilets, dirtying the toilet seats. There's room for improvement in making the area greener. The power backup is acceptable but could be better.
