The cleanliness and meticulous maintenance of hygiene standards contribute to a healthy and pleasant environment. It's reassuring that garbage collections are carried out promptly and efficiently. The convenient connectivity and easy access to public transportation like autos and cabs outside the society make commuting hassle-free. Having local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. The presence of security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout the society ensures safety and security for all residents. Additionally, the properly installed and maintained elevators make navigating the building effortless. Moreover, I'm grateful to be surrounded by decent and educated individuals who contribute to a respectful and harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The parking problem and congestion can create chaos and inconvenience for residents. Improving the parking infrastructure and managing it more effectively could alleviate this issue. Additionally, the average construction quality, along with seepage, leakage, dampness, and cracks in the walls, pose serious concerns for the structural integrity and safety of the buildings. Furthermore, the absence of facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse limits opportunities for recreation and leisure within the society.

The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The buildings have proper ventilation, good plastering, and quality fittings. Modern amenities, such as a gym and clubhouse, are available and well-maintained. The area boasts good connectivity, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and community rules are adhered to. There is a 24/7 supply of electricity and water. The neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. The elevators are well-installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard ensuring safety. Regular garbage collection is done, with segregation of wet and dry waste.
Things need improvement
I am really disappointed with the construction quality of our society. The issues related to seepage and leakage are unbearable, and it's frustrating to deal with these problems. Moreover, the lack of basic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park makes living here even more difficult. It's disheartening to see that such essential facilities are not available, making the overall living experience quite unpleasant.

Maintenance charges are reasonable as there are no amenities. The build quality is good, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The infrastructure is beautiful, and the spare rooms are spacious with proper ventilation. There is ample parking space in the society. Continuous 24/7 water and electricity supply is available, along with safety measures such as fire extinguishers and pipes. The ground is well-maintained, and all festivals and events are celebrated within the society, creating a vibrant community�atmosphere.
Things need improvement
This is a family-oriented residential society where bachelor's are not permitted inside. The metro station is quite far from the society. It is a small society, typically ground plus two floors (G+2), and lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, club, or play area. There is only a small park within the society premises. Additionally, lifts are not available in this society due to its limited size�and�structure.

Garbage collection happens regularly and that we have a reliable power backup system in place, ensuring no disruptions due to power cuts. I find the connectivity to public transportation and markets quite convenient, although I do notice that many people opt for e-commerce nowadays. Having hospitals and schools nearby is definitely a plus for emergencies and easy access to education. I also appreciate the security measures like the MyGate app and functional CCTV systems, which contribute to a safer environment within the society.

It's disappointing to note that basic amenities like a gym or swimming pool are lacking in the society. Additionally, dealing with seepage in the walls of flats can be quite troublesome, especially if tenants are left to handle maintenance on their own.

The neighbors are incredibly friendly and always ready to help out. The elevators work well, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety. They handle garbage collection well, with proper segregation, and the overall maintenance is pretty good.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the construction quality isn�t great, and there aren�t any amenities since the society is quite small. The electricity wires need replacing, and we have to arrange for plumbers and electricians ourselves, which the society doesn't cover. Despite these issues, everything else is pretty good.

The neighborhood was tidy and well-kept, with round-the-clock water supply. Residents celebrated festivals together, and everyone was courteous and cooperative. Autos were conveniently accessible within a short 2-3 minute walk from the area. Nearby, there were malls and restaurants for added convenience.
Things need improvement
Parking space for residents was scarce, and there was no allocated parking for visitors. The construction materials used were of low quality. Maintenance for the basement flats was neglected. The society lacked modern amenities. The nearest metro station was quite far, necessitating an auto ride to reach it.
