Public transport is easily accessible, Everything in this society is top Notch, It's a high Class & Well Known society in Gurgaon.
Things need improvement
There's a cremation ground nearby, located in the middle of the society, where bodies are cremated. Personally, I wouldn't want to see that every day, and my sentiments align with those who has to see every alternate day.

The location of the society was outstanding and metro station was nearby to the society.

The society was too old so sometimes leakage issue arises in the society .

Nearby malls,markets,school,college are there. all the facilities are there.

Good things here
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. No major traffic issues are faced around the society. Roads are in a good condition. Also water logging issues never arisedaround the society. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Seapage and leakage issues are not faced at least in my flat. Plaster quality is also fine. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Open space parking is available. Drainage system is good in the society.
Things need improvement
The society is a good space for living and, everything is maintained properly. There are no issues to mention, it indicates a well-managed and comfortable living environment for residents.

Good things here
Garbage collective was done on the dialy basis between 8-9 am in the morning. Pet friendly society and people are educated and supportive, Festivals like Diwali, holi, Janmashtami and national hoilday's like Republic and Independence day is celebrated together. Society is on the main road, so the connectivity is the best thing here because hospitals, market area, schools and public transport are easily accessible. There is a mini garden for kids to play, Gym, Clubhouse are well funtional. Additional Staircase is avaiable in the society for emergency exits.
Things need improvement
There was no swimming pool in the society. Construction quality was okay it is not first class. It is somewhat below average.

Good things here
There is a hospital in front of the society. Public transport like metro, buses, auto, and cabs are nearby. Garbage collection and disposal are done on a daily basis. The lift is also properly maintained. Ventilation in every flat is very good. People are helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
The railway station is 10km away. All amenities are there, but they are not maintained on time, so we can't use them. There is no clubhouse. After buying the flats, we found out that there is a garbage dump inside the society.

It has a good plan. Very good building work that is environmentally friendly, loyal to its name, and maintained to a high standard. Good parking spaces are available, and the neighbourhood is nice and cool.

The housing project has a great location with views of the clubhouse and garden and near proximity to all amenities, including supermarkets and laundry stores. The location is greatly advantageous for anyone as everything is close by.

Living at Sushant Estate is pleasant. This society has a great environment, and the management team is quite well-behaved. I have not experienced any inconveniences here yet. Everyone has been very helpful.

It's a pleasant experience to reside in Sushant Estate. Both the ambience of this society and the management's staff are excellent. They resolve all issues quickly and create no hassle. We live here without any worries.
