The maintenance team is diligent, contributing to a well-kept environment. However, flat quality varies; some owners have modernized and maintained their flats, while others rely on brokers for upkeep. On-site amenities include well-stocked vegetable and grocery shops, along with a hairdressing salon, offering convenience to residents.

Located in Gurgaon, this society is meticulously maintained. It offers convenient access to the metro, merely a 2-minute walk away, and ensures security with CCTV surveillance at every checkpoint. Parking is provided in the basement, including designated visitor parking spots. Residents benefit from 24/7 water facilities and backup power. The well-maintained lift adds to the convenience. The society caters to various needs with courier services, availability of company offices onsite, and even a golf course for enthusiasts. Internet facilities from all major companies are accessible, along with additional services such as maid services. The friendly neighborhood fosters a peaceful environment with minimal noise, making it an ideal place to reside.

Good things here
This community is absolutely wonderful! It's surrounded by lush greenery and boasts top-notch connectivity in and around Gurgaon. Since it's a DLF project, you can expect impeccable maintenance. Admittedly, the rentals are a tad on the higher side, but it's totally worth it for the quality of life you get in return.

The community is great, though lacking a clubhouse and with limited visitor parking. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Dlf Princeton estate, situated in DLF City Phase-5, stands out as an excellent choice for residents, particularly for those employed in nearby hubs like Cyber City and Horizon Centre, reachable within just 5-10 minutes. The society boasts numerous positive attributes, including a pleasant community atmosphere, a convenient location, well-maintained flats, and essential amenities such as 100% power backup, water supply, and security, with CCTV cameras installed for added safety and surveillance.
Things need improvement
The only drawback worth noting is the absence of a piped gas connection, exclusive to Carlton Estate within the area. However, aside from this, the society is exceptionally nice in all aspects.

The society lacks an in-house club and swimming pool, and there are more flats per floor. Additionally, the vicinity is surrounded by busy roads, contributing to a bustling environment.
