Indoor activities, such as a pool table, are available as part of the project. It also provides garbage disposal services. This project is at a good location and the prices are right. Strongly constructed homes with unique design as well good material used in bathrooms and kitchen. Water and power supply are available all day. There is a lot of parking space to accommodate all types of vehicles. Low crime rate due to the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards are always there.

Good things here
Connectivity is excellent with easy access to highway and metro .plus ,the society is very peaceful even at night .
Things need improvement
Flat are lovely .just wish there were more shaded sitting areas out doors .rest of the amenities are top notch .

Luxury flats with elegant interiors , lust greenery and world class amenities . Staff is polte and maintenance is always prompt .

Overall is very good bhut some days visiter parking is very busy . Day to day life is peaceful and smooth.

Addela palm resort impresses with its modern resort like ambiance, blending , lush greenery , elegant architecture , and premium amenities , residents praise it's excellent connectivity convenient access to highways and metro along 24×7 water , power backup, and strong construction quality . The community feels peaceful , well lit and secure with reliable maintenance and attentive staff . Families especially appreciate the kid friendly environment, sophisticated finishings and we'll kept gardens .
Things need improvement
The amenities are good , consistent upkeep could enhance the overall experience. The construction quality is decent but a little more attention to finishing would go long way . Despite these challenges , The project offers a peaceful environment and remains a promising option for long term living .

The premise is nice and security is very tight as it works five points checks systems Greenery area also very beautiful

The society is still developing and while that is a good sign current construction work can be a bit disruptive but it being faster completion work

Me yaha par pichle two years se rah raha hu. Society bahut sunder hai. Society ka green area bhi kafi achha hai. Kids ke liye separate playing room hai modern gym facility hai. Over all good society for peacefully living.

Abhi kuch tower under construction hai jiski wajah se thoda khat pat rahta hai. Abhi markert bhi open ni hui

Maintenance response time while maintenance is generally good ,some residents noted that the response time for minor issues could be improved.

There are no shops available in ghaziabad rajnagar extention addela palm resort society yet .it will take some time to start,approximately 4-5 manths.

The clubhouse isn t operational yet,but work is almost complete.daily groceries and essential still need to be purchased from nearly shops
