Indoor activities, such as a pool table, are available as part of the project. It also provides garbage disposal services. This project is at a good location and the prices are right. Strongly constructed homes with unique design as well good material used in bathrooms and kitchen. Water and power supply are available all day. There is a lot of parking space to accommodate all types of vehicles. Low crime rate due to the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards are always there.

Good things here
Connectivity is excellent with easy access to highway and metro .plus ,the society is very peaceful even at night .
Things need improvement
Flat are lovely .just wish there were more shaded sitting areas out doors .rest of the amenities are top notch .

Good things here
When I invested here, I just wanted a good home, but Adela Palm Resort exceed all my expectations. The construction quality and attention to detail are truly impressive. Living here is a complete pleasure
Things need improvement
Addela Palm Resort offers a luxurious lifestyle, though some areas are still under developMent. That said, the greenery and clubhouse make up for it, and it’s a good investment overall.

When I bought my flat here, I know it was a great investment. Addela Palm Resort perfectly combines luxury and comfort. The flats are spacious, greenery is amazing, and the amenities are top- notch. Loving here truly feels like a dream !
Things need improvement
The lication is great and the amenities are impressive, though sometimes the maintenance team can be a slow to respond. Overall, still a good place to live!

Addela Palm Resort is a luxurious project designed with morderen architecture and well professional teams. The project has many luxurious amenities as lush greenery, kids play area, gym and morderen club house.
Things need improvement
The Addela palm resort commercial shops will start within 2 or 3 month's. The management team is polite and quick responsive.

Good things here
I have been living here for over a year, and everyday has been amazing. The location in Rajnagar Extension is excellent, connectivity is easy, and the surrpuds are peaceful. Amenities like clubhouse, gym and landscaped gardens take your lifestyle to the next level.
Things need improvement
The flats are spacious and modern, but I wish the traffic around Raj nagar extension was little less during peak hours. Still, living here is mostly peaceful and enjoyable.

Good things here
Living here has been a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is peacful and the community is very welcoming. The ameneties are top notch wll maintained gym, swimming pool and clubhouse. Everything you need is just a walk away.
Things need improvement
The society is still developing and while that is a good sign current construction work can be a bit disruptive to daily life. Hopping for faster completion.
