Good things here
The best thing about this society is that the owners have provided all the facilities at a promised price. The maintenance of society is top-notch because cleaning is done multiple times, ensuring cleanliness. There is also a reliable water supply. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with daily essentials such as grocery stores and supermarkets available within walking distance. Additionally, amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, badminton court, and an excellent play area for kids are provided for everyone to enjoy.
Things need improvement
Society has only some minor issues, such as occasional seepage, and the roads outside the society are not well-maintained.

Good things here
The standout feature of this community is its maintenance facilities, ensuring residents' complaints are addressed on time. There are efficient power backup systems for all flats, guaranteeing uninterrupted electricity supply, and the water supply is reliable. Additionally, amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, shuttle court, play area, parking, supermarket, and pharmacy facilities are available for residents. The society enjoys good connectivity, with schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and supermarkets located within a 2km radius. The construction was done around just 5 years ago so there are no problems with leakage issues
Things need improvement
The major problem in this community is that the roads outside are narrow, and traffic becomes heavy during the evening hours.

Good things here
Society's connectivity is excellent, with nearby medical stores and supermarkets located within approximately 500 meters from the society. Additionally, schools and hospitals are easily accessible, and petrol bunks are situated around 2 kilometers away. The construction quality is commendable; although the buildings are older, there have been no issues of seepage or leakage. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with regular water supply and excellent amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, badminton court, and multiple play areas, all of which have been recently renovated. Furthermore, the parking facilities are also satisfactory.
Things need improvement
The only problem is with the availability of cabs and autos late at night; cab bookings are also being rejected.

Maintaining of garden area is pleasent and clean. People are very friendly. Maintining of club house is well-maintained.

In this society, there are limited amenities available, which means there is no pool, a gym with only basic facilities, no garden, and a badminton court with limited infrastructure.

This is a five-year-old community, so most of the buildings and facilities are new, with no issues such as seepage. The construction design was well-executed, ensuring good ventilation and spacious balconies. Many school buses come near the main gate, making access to education convenient for residents. Essential services such as the Apollo Clinic and supermarkets are also within walking distance, while other hospitals are easily accessible, situated just 2.5 km away. Maintenance facilities, including hygiene and cleanliness, are regularly upheld, with efficient garbage collection and disposal services in place. Residents enjoy amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, play areas, salon, supermarket, and pharmacy.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are not great, especially during the rainy season when there are numerous waterlogging issues. Additionally, public transportation is not easily accessible, requiring a travel time of around 5 minutes from the society.

The roads, parks, and other locations are all clean. Homes appear to be constructed of high-quality materials and include huge windows that allow for plenty of fresh air.

There are no safety issues because of CCTV cameras and security officials who are always attentive. Reasonable prices with complete safety for the senior citizens and kids.

Here everything is good as there are hardly any problems related to the amenities or construction quality of the homes or even roads. It is worth the price that you pay for buying homes.
