Improving cleanliness, particularly in tree maintenance, is crucial. The prolonged downtime of lifts and water logging during the rainy season adds to the frustration. These maintenance and management issues overshadow the positive aspects of the property.

1. I appreciate the picturesque view from the top of the building, with beautiful skies every day and spacious residences. The security measures are commendable, including separate floors for games and gym facilities, a built-in theater, and reliable lifts. 2. The facilities within my building and the surrounding area are excellent, with easy access to metro lines, buses, and cabs. The proximity of markets provides a convenient shopping experience, with some of Mumbai's finest restaurants and shopping malls nearby.
Things need improvement
1. The location faces a slum area and an auto-rickshaw dumpyard, affecting the overall environment. Better construction and sewage system are recommended. 2. The building's view is crowded by junk and auto-rickshaws, detracting from the living experience. Improvements are needed for a more pleasant environment.
