Absolutely new refurbishment of the apartment. Very good proximity to metro , school, centrally located

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. street dog issues are not faced.
Things need improvement
We have issues with the mobile network here, so our phones don't work well. Also, we don't celebrate cultural events and festivals together. It would be great if we can fix the mobile network problems, so using our phones becomes easier.

Connectivity of the society is really good as metro, cab, and autos are easily available from the society. though the society is a bit old but the construction quality of the building is good as I have not faced any issues like water logging or water seepage issues ever. the maintenance team of the society is good. its a small society with proper greenery and small parks for children to play, walk, etc with proper swimngs and all.
Things need improvement
At the time i was living in the society there were no dislikes.

Good things here
I am living in indepencdece society, we have to take care of our flat society, we have our own security, Markets are nearby, market is amazing everything is affordable. Connectivity is 10/10 its on main road, we have bus, car, Noida is nearby.

Community is very poor, Maintenance and security issue is there and it is just because of independence society.

The area is great, the parks are clean and well maintained in this society, and neighbors are also friendly nature.

Public transport bohot achha hai like bus , metro , auto are easily available . construction quality bhi bohot achha hai , plaster and fiting quality is outstanding .

Facilities kuch bhi nhi tha like swimming pool , gym . basement me thoda bohot pani bhar jata hai . network issues hai .

Connectivity acchi hai society ki. Public transport like metro, auto, bus sab mil jata hai. Mall, shopping complex, market sab paas me hi available hai. Log acche hain society ke.
Things need improvement
Government flats hain isliye kuch maintenance nahi hai. Saaf safai nahi rehti hai society mein, power backup mein issue hai. Garbage collection not so consistent. Hygiene maintain khud hi karna padhta hai. There is no parking space in society. Society kaafi purani hai toh construction acchi to nahi hai, society looks old.

Good things here
Connectivity is great here. Everything within 1km range. Social life is good. This place is very safe. There is no such noise or air pollution. Not much traffic issue here.
Things need improvement
Its a old construction so there can be some fitting or seepage issue. There is no dedicated parking.

CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. constructuion quality is good in the buuildings, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
Lifts are not available in all the towers in the society. Within the society facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available.
