Despite the positives, there are some valid criticisms regarding the infrastructure. Road construction, particularly the issue of potholes, needs attention to ensure smoother travel for residents. Concerns about occasional load shedding and water supply shortages also need to be addressed to ensure consistent utilities for residents. Additionally, the presence of overhead wires, particularly during the rainy season, poses safety concerns. Undergrounding these wires could mitigate these fears and enhance safety measures within the community. Addressing these infrastructure challenges will contribute to overall improvement and satisfaction among residents.

While the apartment is generally very good, there is a minor issue with water scarcity at times, specifically with regard to KDM water. This could be a point of inconvenience for residents.

Good things here
Very good and well-maintained roads. High greenery and well-maintained trees, plants, grass etc. Very low traffic. The clubhouse offers a gym, indoor playable area, swimming pool, a room with musical instruments, wedding hall, Library and a cafeteria. A good amount of security cameras are there in different places. . Stores and other essentials services are also there inside the complex. Also flat quality is slightly good. A good amount of parking space. Also, there are 2 Air Conditioners in the lobby for every Wing. Playable areas are average. There is also an international school inside the complex. ,
Things need improvement
Extremely poor water facilities. Very poor management. High maintenance charges but very poor maintenance service. Society management doesn't even solve our problems. In the first 3 years, they provided good water facilities but now there are providing extremely poor water facilities. People are selling their flat's because of poor facilities. I will not recommend anyone to buy a flat here,

Mohan Suburbia is an excellent society with numerous amenities conveniently located within the campus, including shops, gyms, and banquet halls. The buildings are constructed with high-quality materials, ensuring there are no leakage problems. The elevators are also of fine quality and have an annual maintenance contract registered, ensuring their smooth operation.
Things need improvement
The only issue with Mohan Suburbia is the lack of late-night transportation, which can be inconvenient for residents. However, those with their own vehicles find it easier to manage. Additionally, due to the complex's proximity to the mountains, there can be waterlogging problems during the rainy season, posing occasional challenges for residents.

It is a vast project of about 3000 flats, there ample parking spaces. complex is surrounded by mountains from 1 side. The architecture of the buildings is very similar to that of the london buildings or you can say that mumbai old buidlings which were build by britishers. the society is very good but not for tenants, ,

The society is not good for tenants, there are too many unwanted rules for tenants. One would either leave the place out of the patience. The other things are very good like facilities like club house gym. shops nearby. The commute problem is the main concern, those who have cars can easily move around anywhere, but those have no personal vehicles, face transport problems, like non availablity of rikshaws and buses, in time.,

In terms of accommodation, all rooms are generously spacious, often featuring one or two large balconies, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of their homes.
Things need improvement
Water supply is inconsistent, with water available only once every two days for a limited period of 3-4 hours. Additionally, the road conditions are poor, and the distance from the station is 3.5 km, which could pose transportation difficulties for residents. While rickshaws are available around the clock, there seems to be a lack of reliable public transport options. These factors may inconvenience residents, particularly those who rely on regular and accessible transportation services.

the roads are good and spacious. I love the area and the ambiance is quite nice. There is a nice park nearby, which I like a lot. It has beautiful sunsets and I like the safety here.
