Good things here
Located right on the highway, above Kamal Hyundai Showroom, this building has multiple lifts, children's play area, great connectivity and proximity to the Market (also Dmart) and other amenities like Gym etc. The flat has fully furnished kitchen, gas pipeline, 3 covered balconies, 2 washrooms and ample lobby space. The plus point is since it's highway facing, you have lighting throughout the day and great ventilation throughout the year. The medicover hospital is just next door and sector 13 metro station is a small walk away. Infact the metro station is also visible from the flat itself. One of the 3 balconies is converted into sitout porch where you can enjoy your coffee overlooking the kharghar hills. The society has fully equipped gym which is well maintained by the society committee. The committee also organises cultural events along with free medical checkups.
Things need improvement
Next to Kopra village. but that is not a big issue since there is no connection with the people of the village and they don't come towards the society at all.
