According to me taking the connectivity of the society is best in noida public transport availability is there plus metro is also in reachablity. Till now no seepapge abd water logging condition has been faced plus the maintenance charges are very nominal.lift facilities with timely maintainence plus good security personnel makes the society safe and secure.Reserved parking facility is provided. Amenities provided include gym club house and pool with proper maintainence.overall its a good society.
Things need improvement
Guest parking facilities are unavailable due to space constraints. This limitation poses challenges for visitors seeking convenient parking options. While the lack of space prevents the provision of dedicated guest parking areas, alternative solutions may need to be explored to accommodate visitors' parking needs.

Connectivity of the society is top notch as public transport you can get easily .

I do not have any specific dislike in the society but maintenance facilities could be more better.

Good things here
Transport connectivity was good with cab services and autos easily available, connected to highway. Schools and hospitals were nearby. Maintenance was fine with CCTVs and elevators installed. Construction quality was good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. No interactions between neighbours. Celebrations were done.

Maintenance services were very good, everything was well maintained, there was greenery in the society, park etc. were available.

The material provided for the walls in the society could have been better, it was a bit of poor quality.

He used to live earlier in the mentioned society. Maintenance badiya hai waha society ka, Hygiene is maintained. Online delivery like zomato, swiggy, instamart sab phch jaata jai . College, University, tech & corporate companies sab paas hain society ke that is good for students & job people. Parking issue is all sorted. Guards ache hain waha ke. As compared to other societies, iss society ka Construction quality kaafi better hai. Balcony badiya hai flats me. I live in 3BHK flat, bht spacious flat tha. Baccho ke liye acha park tha society. I used to live with my girlfriend in living , so I was quite comfortable- koi issue nahi tha waha pe.

Society ke jo andar market hai wo bekaar hai. ek dukan hai sirf wo bhi choti si hai that is not sufficient. Mall market thoda door hai uske liye thoda door jaana padhta hai. When I used to live in the society, amenities nahi thi like gym & swimming pool. The major issue is society me acha market hona chahiye. Power cut off ka issue tha thoda bht.

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Drainange system is very good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Water supply issues are not faced, Water quality is good inside the society. Park is available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The wait time is sometimes more while taking a public transport. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available just outside the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. all the festivals and events are not celebrated together in the society.

Society offers various facilities and amenities such as swimming pool which is clean and hygienic, gym having all the equipments and certified traiiners, cluhouses. CCTV's and lifts are also installed in the society which are in well working condition. Society is kept neat and clean.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is not upto the mark. There is a lot of leakage, seepage and waterlogging issues which are faced by the residents living in the society. Plaster (Wall breaking) issues are also faced in the society. We do net easily get the public transports like buses, autos, ricshaws, connectivity of the society is bad.

Facilities in the society is one of those things that i liked the most. CCTV's and lifts are installed in the society and they are in full workiing condition as well. We have an access to other amenities as well like gym, clubhouse, parks etc. People living in the society are well educated and they are cooperative as well. The connectivity of the society was really awesome, as we has malls, sshopping complex, roads, schools, hospitals etc. nearby only. There are no such issues of mobile connectivity inside the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is really poor. It comes with a lot of problems like lekage, seepage, water logging, walls breaking, plaster issues etc. Good material has not been used. Then swimming pool is not maintained in the society.

Good things here
The construction quality of society was fine, no seepake/leakage issue were there. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse all were available. Power backup facilities were in place. Maintenance was satisfactory with working CCTVs and elevators. No drainage or seepage issues existed.
Things need improvement
Water issue was there like water quality is not good , water quality needs to be improved . Transportation options were not easily available, had to depend on one's own vehicle. There was no sunlight reaching the society, and the supplied water was very cold.
