Good things here
Society is in a prime location with excellent connectivity to the main road. All modern amenities are present, all well-maintained. Properly installed CCTV cameras enhance security measures. People are Cooperative. the society managed by the Resident Welfare Association (RWA).
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not up to the mark for flats. there are few seepages in the bathroom. kids play on road we don’t have play area for kids inside the society. society is not pets friendly.

Good things here
Currently living in the society, The connectivity is fine, autos are available and even the traffic is also low, the roads are good. Society is well maintained and hygienic. Amenities are also available like gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which are maintained well. Neighbours are friendly and society organizes celebration of festivals. There is greenery in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is not nearby it takes 30 mins to reach the station. If a complaint has been registered regarding maintenance it takes time to get it resolved. The building block in which the residents resides has no issues of damp walls or water seepage, but other buildings in the society do face this issue. Water logging is also an issue during the monsoon season. There is no park for kids to play. There is nothing that the residents really likes a lot in the society

Good things here
The people in the society are very good, friendly, cooperative and all amenities are available in the society like gym Swimming Pool Park.
Things need improvement
The construction quality and connectivity in the society are very poor, there is no public transport easily available nearby, due to which there are a lot of problems and there is a lot of issue of dampness in Mostly flats in the society and maintenance services are also not provided on proper time.
