Good things here

The community is cooperative, and the location boasts excellent connectivity to BRTS, hospitals, fruit and vegetable markets, food courts, Smart, shopping malls, and schools, all within a 3-4 km radius.

Things need improvement

The society appears disorganized, with frequent parking issues due to the lack of allotted spaces. Maintenance is not up to par, and there are occasional shortages in water supply.

Good things here

The location is conveniently close to three major corporate hubs - Advent Davis Business Park, Candor, and Assorted Business Criteria. These hubs house offices of various multinational companies, making the area strategically located for professionals working in these organizations.

Things need improvement

The club services are expensive, and there's a need to increase the number of open gym equipment. Additionally, the nearest metro station at Sector 142 is situated opposite the society, but accessing it involves a bit of inconvenience due to the distant U-turn.
