Good things here
Society has a good connectivity to school hospital and other services and excellent parking facilities. Maintainence of the society is good with economical charges. Power back up is available,Cooperative neighbourhood making it a harmonious place to live in.Ammenities such as gym pool are all available with proper maintanence.
Things need improvement
Seepage remains a persistent issue in our society, Whether it's the heat of summer or the rainy days of monsoon, seepage persists. This challenge affects structures and quality of life consistently.

The maintenance of the society is satisfactory, and public transport is easily accessible, with markets nearby and readily available cabs and buses. The management committee is effective, ensuring timely maintenance. Amenities are in good working condition, and the neighbors are friendly and cooperative

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. CCTV cameras are installed. Amenities like park and clubhouses are available. Security is taken care of. Residents are decent.

All facility like swimng pool is well maintained and gym , park , playground also.

The construction quality is up to the mark in the society, the maintenance is also regular in tthe society, i dont have any problem with the people living in the society as well.

I think is everything is good only the external paint or whitewashing should be done more regularly.

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with availability of metro, autos and cabs near the society. Maintenance quality is also fine with proper water supply, power backup facility and garbage removal. Security system is well managed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and functional. Neighborhood is quite decent.
Things need improvement
Inconvenience due to drainage issues in the basement. The construction quality is very poor with seepage and leakage issues. Plaster quality is also not upto the mark

Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house,park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society.
Things need improvement
Maintainance charges are taken but society is not maintained at all. Parking space issues happens a lot, Parking charges are taken from the visitors. Gym area is very small. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is not maintained properly. cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together in the society. Mobile network issues are faced in the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good, with autos and cabs available. Maintenance is fine, with no water supply and logging issues. Amenities include a theatre, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and a basketball court. There is also a park for children. People are nice and well-educated, and all cultural events are celebrated.
Things need improvement
Nearby metro station is not available. The construction quality is generally poor with some issues with seepage and termite problems.

Society ki connectivity achi hai, online auto wagera aa jaata hai. Developed market area paas me hai. Metro bhi hai theek thaak paas hai Botanical garden metro. CCTV ache se kaam karta hai. Society saaf rehti hai. Gym , swimming pool sab functional hai. Greenery & open space in the society is the major plus point here.
Things need improvement
Online auto & cab mil jata hai, normal ke liye thoda door jaana padta hai. Seepage ka issue hai thoda bht and kuch kuch tower me Lift ka issue rehta hai.

She said I do not personally face any seepage/leakage issues in my flat. Power back up & water supply is satisfactory. Connectivity is good of society because society is in central noida, so market and public transport are available nearby. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse all are available in society. People living in society are also nice & friendly.
Things need improvement
She said Maintenance is just ok-ok, it is not great. A lot of towers have issues like painting falling, and when painting is done, things get dirty. Balcony mein paint girta hai, and woh safai bhi nahi karte. Basically inka maintenance, painting headache ban jata hai.

I absolutely love living in this neighborhood! The convenience of having metro cabs and autos readily available, along with a metro station within walking distance, makes commuting a breeze. The construction quality of the building is top-notch, with no issues of water seepage or leakage. The amenities provided, such as the gym, play area, and various sports facilities, are well-maintained and add to the overall quality of life. Moreover, the friendly and cooperative neighbors, along with the presence of a temple and grocery shop within the society, make it a truly welcoming community.
Things need improvement
While there are numerous positives about this neighborhood, one aspect that disappoints me is the state of the musical fountain in the center of the society. Initially an attractive feature, it has unfortunately degraded over time due to lack of proper maintenance. It's disheartening to see such neglect of what could have been a beautiful centerpiece. However, despite this drawback, the overall peaceful ambiance, greenery, and cleanliness of the society still make it a great place to reside.
