I left this place while I was living there. The upkeep was really good, and we always had enough water. They took good care of things like play areas, parking, security, and lots of greenery with many trees and plants. It was easy to get around because there were schools, hospitals, salons, and grocery stores nearby.
The society's buildings are old because residents feel inconvenienced by the frequent presence of cockroaches, and there are also seepage issues.

Public transportation is also available near the society, within 300 meters. There is no sound pollution in the society. Pollution is also minimal in the society due to the trees providing cover. There is a lot of walking space in the society, which is convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The main road is nearby, making everything accessible in the society like markets, malls, and supermarkets."
"Power backup is not available in the society; everyone has their individual inverters in their own flats. There is no football court in the society, and the swimming pool is closed due to water issues. The water facility is not good in the society. It is an old building, and the lift is also very old, so it requires frequent repairs."

Street lights are available for safety. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, lawn tennis court, beauty parlor, kids' play area, walking track, and garden are well-maintained. Maintenance is good, with proper cleaning, regular garbage collection, and painting. Construction quality is outstanding, providing good ventilation and air throughout. Surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
Traffic issues in Banar Gata are prevalent, causing congestion and delays for commuters. Efforts to alleviate the situation are needed to improve the flow of traffic in the area.
