Good things here
All the modern amenities are present in the society and everything is properly functional.High security system all the area are cctv covered and biomatrix on the entrance.Time to time painting is done in the society.Cleaniness is top notch in the society.Schools and hospitals are near by the society.there is no water logging and traffic issues around the society.Rooms are quite spacious and isolated in the society.
Things need improvement
Build quality is not great,cheap quality is of material has been used due to that internal seepage issues are there which is not resolving since years.Allocated parking is there for owners only but that is not spacious and visitors parking is outside the apartment.

Good things here
Connectivity is good the society is just 2 to 3 min away from the highway.All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym and eveything is fully functional the society.high security system and all the area were under cctv survilance and intercom facilites were there in the society.Crowd of the resident was really good as they were helpful and soft spoken even socialism was good all the events were conducted in the society.
Things need improvement
Build quality is really pathatic as there are lots issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Gym area of the apartment was just average and needs bit improvement.

Good things here
There are schools and hospitals near by the apartment.Local market and local transport facilities are easy to approach.Society has good security system and crowd of the people is good in the society.Build quality is excellent no leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.

Managing committe can improve there managing system because that is not up to the mark according to maintenance charges.

Seepage poses a significant issue within the society, primarily stemming from the utilization of subpar construction materials. The persistent presence of seepage problems has become a common occurrence, causing inconvenience and potential damage to the infrastructure and living spaces.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. Maintainance of the society is very nice, it is kept clean and hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. The water quality is good, Water supply issues are not faced. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
As per the connectivity location acchi h, metro station and every local transport available hoti hai. peaceful hai atmosphere. society is bachelors and pets friendly. all the modern amenities are present and well maintained.
Things need improvement
There is no proper visitors parking or basement parking available inside the society. maintenance charges are very high and also there are cracks on the wall and leakage and seepage issues in all buildings.

The entrance of Shah Heights is well decorated with lots of bushes to attract a vast number of customers at the same time. The neighbourhood of Shah Heights is calm and composed.

The construction quality is good but the maintenance charges for staying in this housing complex is a bit expensive. Several transport services like buses and autos are easily accessible which is beneficial.

Each and every apartment in Shah Heights is designed to match the preferences of the customers. On the other hand, the rate of buying any of the apartments there is quite expensive.
