The approach road to the society is well developed, and there are no issues with water logging during the rainy season. All modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park are available and well-maintained in the society. The build quality is excellent, with no problems regarding leakages or seepages. One standout feature of the society is the 8-level parking facility, providing ample parking space for both owners and visitors. There is 24/7 water and electricity supply, and garbage is collected daily with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Security is strict with guards available round the clock and geomatics at the entrance to verify residents and visitors. CCTV cameras are installed in all areas, ensuring comprehensive security throughout�the�society.
Things need improvement
There is no metro line near the society yet, although one is under construction. Public transport facilities are not readily available nearby the society; the railway station is far away, and bus services are infrequent, with only about two buses per day. This lack of accessible public transport makes it challenging to rely on anything other than private or local transportation options like�autos�and�cabs.

The construction of the society is superior compared to other societies in the area, with no issues of leakage or seepage. There are no problems with water logging. Neighbors are friendly and soft-spoken, and there is spacious parking for both residents and visitors. Power backup facilities are available in the society, and due to its location on the main road, connectivity is excellent.

The society has all the modern comforts, but we need to improve how we take care of them. For instance, there are open sewers around the area that need attention.

Flats are specious. all modern amenities are there in the society. there is special swimming pool for kids. security is very efficient. specious balconies are there, no leakage or seepage issues. water supply is 24*7. people are cooperative. nearby rods are very well maintained. no traffic jam issue nearby the society. cinema theatre, hospitals and schools are next to the society. taxies are available nearby. society is very airy. salons and SPA are nearby.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not nearby the society. shopping malls and restaurants are more than km away from the society.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws and the metro are readily available near the society. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and traffic is never an issue. The society is very clean, and water is available 24/7. The people are quite friendly.
Things need improvement
Malls and restaurants are not nearby; one has to travel some distance to reach them. Amenities have not been constructed yet; the construction is still underway.

I am a work from home kind of person and most of my deals are done online, which is why i am in need of a good selular network with a calm environment to process my daily work. however i am sure i am not gonna get those things here. i was very disapointed when i visited the site. not happy with the place at all, not investing any dime.
