Good things here
Transportation like metro connection is available in between 1 km is convienet. Cabs and autos are available infront of the society .Facilities like grocery shop is in innside of the society is convienet.
Things need improvement
Absence of the lift in the society is inconvienet. Railway station is very far from the society in between 15 kms.No amenities available in the society.

Good things here
Cabs are readily available within the society. There are hospitals within a 2-kilometer radius, ensuring accessibility during emergencies. The society enjoys fresh air and is consistently peaceful.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not satisfactory, and there are frequent seepage issues in the society. Additionally, there are no amenities available. The facilities are all located more than 2 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient. Moreover, power cuts are common, especially during heavy rains.

Nice connectivity as all the public transports is available at walking distance. It is a perfect project for living life peacefully because everything is available right inside the society like grocery shops, gyms, ATMs, jogging parks and other amenities which are to find at one place in other projects at this price. . Water and electricity are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Night safety is good, there is not much problem here and the work of new construction is also going on a lot, so there is not much problem.

It is a well-planned project with all modern amenities. You won't be able to leave because of the simple access to the highway and the availability of nearly every form of amenity within the same grounds. Safety is prioritized, and the entire region is perfectly maintained.

AGS Cinemas & Vivira Mall are popular entertainment and shopping destinations near Aurum. Connectivity is also good and you can avail the public transport facilities without any hassle or just book a cab to reach anywhere quickly. There are parks, grocery stores, a medical center, a gym, and other basic amenities. residency roads are in good condition and power as well water supply is good, there is not much problem about it. Internet & mobile connectivity is good here and night safety is very tight.

Night safety is good here and there are more markets, shopping malls, colleges, and hospitals here. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Facilities including a swimming pool, gym, green parks, and grocery shops are available inside the society so, there is no need to go out anywhere for daily needs. Water supply is available and you never face any problems in this matter.
