Good things here
The society is upscale, featuring a large club, tennis and squash courts, and swimming facilities. Additionally, it offers convenient access to daily necessities like vegetables, groceries, stationery, milk, and medical supplies within the complex. The neighborhood is pleasant, with good colleges, schools, and hospitals within walking distance.
Things need improvement
During morning hours, traffic congestion near Esteem Mall is a common issue, and the sound of vehicles on the airport road persists throughout the night. Additionally, the presence of numerous commercial complexes nearby adds to the congestion. The drainage system on the road is inadequate, and the sewage treatment plant within the complex leaves room for improvement.

Good things here
Godrej was our very first society we rented in Bangalore, and there's a special connection with it. Besides the emotions, there's a lot of peace (or used to be back in 2014) in the area, and more greenery compared to any other up and coming place in Bangalore.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was a major issue, to the rest of the city, but I am guessing things have changed now. The airport is super close, but traveling to any other part of the city becomes a major challenge.

Good things here
The society is well Maintained and kept clean .All the necessary amneties are avaliable in the society and well maintained by the management the people in the society are also very friendly and come together for celebrating all the festivals
Things need improvement
Construction quality is a bit low as the walls are getting sandy but no seepage is seen and there is a bit of connectivity problem as the market is 2 to 3 min walking

Good things here
The building enjoys a beautiful location surrounded by lush greenery, away from the highway, ensuring reduced dust and noise levels. Each floor accommodates 8 apartments, offering both 2 and 3 BHK options. The building is equipped with all basic amenities, including a jogging path, podium parking, clubhouse, swimming pool, gardens, tennis and basketball courts, and a party lawn. Bedrooms are spacious with windows and balconies, while living rooms are comfortable in size. The well-designed kitchen adds to the overall appeal of the apartments.
Things need improvement
One major downside is that the living room doesn't receive direct sunlight. Additionally, the proximity to the Parsi Tower of Silence could be a concern for some residents. The corridors within the flat are spacious in all units, but the dining room tends to be narrow. Furthermore, the toilets attached to children's and guest rooms are on the smaller side, which could be inconvenient.
