Society has the good facilities to local transport and the society has been maintained very well by the managing committee

Sometimes the apartments has leakage issues and in rainy season the water used to stuck on the road .

Good things here
Resident of the apartment are great ,even we use to celebrate all the festival all together,hence good socialism.kids play area was big and well mainatained.scoiety's ambience was great.maintainance facilities are great,everything in the society is very well maintained.
Things need improvement
Alloted parking is not provided for resident who has not baught parking area though open parking has been provided for everyone .

Amenitites was great and very well maintained and no extra charges were taken from the tenant to use any of the amenities in the society.parking has been alloted for the resident and guests.
Things need improvement
To reach to main road one phatak is connected by society called madarpatta,which is the issue sometime like during night time that road was quite unsafe because surrounding was desserted at night .build quality is not great as leakage seepage issues were there.

Good things here
Lots of the open space has been provided and rooms are quite spacious.amenities are very well maintained,high security system for the resident .build quality is great.crowd of the people is great and theyare very helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
Outside connectivity of the apartment is little problematic not in tems of local transport facilities but society is little inside and hard to connect through city road called solapur highway.

Maintainance facilities is up to date,proper garbage disposable facilities has been provided.all the amenities are operational .society is quite peaceful.parking is spacious for the resident.
Things need improvement
Resident has to get own individual power back up facilities as connection to generator has been given to common areas only.solar panel is also not adopted till now

Cabs ,auto available easily,local transportation is great.women safety has been priorities,each every and person is being verified on the entrance.atmosphere is calm and peaceful.
Things need improvement
Some of the apartment like tops floors are facing leakage and seepage issues alot.maintainance of the club house should be enhace more.

Schools, hospitals are near by the apartment,accessibility is good.bachelor's are allowed in the society and no extra charges has been taken.attentive managing commitee to resolve issues.

Good things here
I have spend quite minimum time in the apartment but still i liked the overall experience in that society.connectivity was great ,essentials were available easily.maintainance facilities were great and society was neat and clean.

Sometimes we faced power cut issues and even though power back up facilities were not provided.

Living experience inside in apartment is nostalgia.mainting facilities are top notch.amenities are well maintained and in working condition.kids safety ensured and stray dongs enterance is not allowed.

During summers some of the apartments has water supply issues. outer roads of the apartment is so messy and very unhygenic and lots of local crowd around the road.

Raiway station is near by the apartment .maintainance facilities are great and elevators are very well maintained.surrounding of the apartment is neat and clean.all the festival are celebrated together overall good socialism.

All schools, markets, hospitals are nearby within 1-3km range. Construction quality is good. Gym, clubhouse , swimming pool is available and is well maintained. Its a gated community and is secure.
