Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Water facility is good in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good on a daily basis. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Maintenance charges are very reasonable, around 3200 rupees. The bus stand is opposite to the society. Hospitals are all available within a walkable distance for emergencies. Temples are also there near the society within a walkable distance. There is a Motherhood hospital near the society. Roads are very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good; there are some seepage issues in flats which is inconvenient. Lift maintenance is poor in the society. Cleaning should be improved outside of the society.

The small society is relatively quiet, with 24/7 electricity and water supply. Residents predominantly use personal vehicles, minimizing road hole and traffic issues. Grocery stores are plentiful, and maintenance is well-managed, including plumbing and electrical work. Daily cleaning ensures cleanliness, with no cracks on the walls. The community celebrates various festivals like Eid, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Diwali.
Things need improvement
The gym facility in the society is non-functional, likely due to its age of eight years. This lack of maintenance affects residents' access to fitness amenities

Good things here
The flat layout is exceptional, surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful and calm environment. Its prime location allows residents easy access to temples, shops, hospitals, and schools within a 100-meter walk. The surroundings are maintained clean and hygienic, with good ventilation. The community celebrates various festivals like Holi, Ganapathi Pooja, Ramanavami, Dussera, and Diwali.
Things need improvement
The society faces basement leakage issues, and several amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and basketball court are not functioning optimally. These issues hinder residents' enjoyment and need prompt attention for resolution.
