1. Triple view of sunset (no future high-rise), lake and inner garden. 2. High floor position hence no noise of traffic or dust from surrounding area 3. Corner flat hence less disturbance from surrounding flats 4. Multiple access routes to CBD providing several options during peak traffic 5. Driving distance: a. Supermarket - opposite b. Mall - next door c. Hospital - 1 min d. School - 2 mins e. MMTS rail station - 20 mins f. Metro station - 30 mins g. Airport - 45 mins
Things need improvement
This is one of the most premium societies in the area and in Hyderabad. Cannot even imagine what there is to dislike about the society.

Despite the reasonable flat prices you get all the facilities which are difficult to find in other projects. The easy availability of autos, cabs, bus is additionally good. Safety is at par.

Well planned flats and infrastructure with lots o greenery keeps this project on top as compared to the others in the same location. The flats have a well-designed ventilation system that allows for plenty of natural light and fresh air.
