Good things here
The area is really clean and the instructor was helpful to me for staying for a night, the security is really good at night.Roads are very clean as well
Autos and Cabs easily available

Things need improvement
The thing which is bit concerning is the connectivity of important eminities like hospital, schools and malls. Also the traffic slightly high sometimes, so avoid busy times.
