Good things here
I really value the society's beautiful garden area and the breathtaking view it provides. The top-notch security services give me peace of mind. It's super convenient being close to major IT hubs, malls, hospitals, and schools. Plus, the club area, pool, and gym facilities are always well-maintained and enjoyable. Having a restaurant inside the society is a fantastic convenience too.
Things need improvement
The construction quality seems questionable, with reports of seepage and cracks in the walls. The maintenance charges are quite high, which often causes financial strain. While the amenities are varied, there are complaints about poor maintenance and functionality. Additionally, the lack of active community engagement affects the social life within the society.

The security measures are outstanding, with highly trained guards ensuring safety at all times. Additionally, the breathtaking view from the apartments overlooking Sector 29 and Kingdom of Dreams adds to the charm of living here.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing that most of the apartments are old, except for the ones that have been refurbished, which could affect their overall quality. Plus, the distance from the nearest metro station might be inconvenient for daily commuters. Additionally, the limited space in some areas of the society could lead to overcrowding during peak hours, which isn't ideal.

The security guards are top-notch, and I appreciate the great amenities like the club, pool, gym, and the convenience of having a restaurant onsite. The fact that it's close to the HUDA metro station is a huge bonus for getting around easily. Plus, being located near Sector 29 and Kingdom of Dreams is a major advantage.
