Having a gym area and club house are well-maitained the society. Hospitals are very near from the society is convienet for emergency in between the radius 2-3kms.Connectivity like autos are available in inside of the society.
Construction quality is not up to the standard in the society.Poor construction quality can lead to a various issues and compromises saftey and comfort for residents.There is no swimming pool in the society. Maintaining of lift is very poor in the society.

Within a 5-minute walk, residents access public transport, supermarkets, malls, and hospitals. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and children's play area. Society members celebrate Hindu festivals like Ganesh Pooja, Holi, and Diwali.
Residents encounter traffic issues during office hours, which can cause delays and inconvenience, necessitating measures to improve traffic flow for smoother commuting experiences within the society.

Four years ago, I moved out of this community. During my time there, the society's maintenance was excellent because residents rarely complained about major problems, and minor issues were addressed promptly. The maintenance charges were also reasonable. The people in the society were very cooperative, and we celebrated various events, festivals, and programs together as a family. The amenities, including the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and play area, were well-maintained. Additionally, the construction quality of the society was excellent, with spacious flats and good ventilation.
The connectivity of the society is not great because when I resided here four years ago, the surroundings were underdeveloped. Additionally, essential amenities such as grocery stores, vegetable markets, and medical shops were not conveniently located near the community.

Moreover, the water facility is highly reliable, ensuring constant access to clean water. Having a hospital nearby adds to the convenience and peace of mind for residents. The society is notably spacious, providing ample room for comfortable living. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, with residents contributing positively to the community spirit.

The management of this community is very active and responds immediately to all kinds of complaints. They also organize events within the community. The society is located on the main road, making groceries, vegetables, and markets easily accessible for everyone. A few schools are also conveniently located nearby. The construction was completed around 10 years ago, but there are no seepage issues due to regular inspection and good construction quality. Well-maintained amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, pool, and designated play area for children are available for residents to enjoy.
The maintenance facilities like cleaning services and maintenance of greenery should be improved more.

The good thing about this society is that its maintenance facilities are top-notch. There is a regular water supply and everyday collection of garbage, ensuring cleanliness throughout the community. Additionally, there are excellent amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, shuttle court, a park, and multiple play areas. The connectivity is also good, with groceries available within walking distance, and schools and hospitals located within 1 to 1.5 kilometers.
The management committee of the society makes decisions autonomously without consulting residents.

People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Security is very safe, especially during nights, in the society.
The construction quality is poor, with some minor and major issues such as cracks on walls, which is not good in the society. Cleaning is also not up to the mark in the society, and the outside of the society is inconvenient. Schools are far from the society, which is inconvenient for the residents.
