I moved out of this community around three and a half years ago. During my time there, the maintenance facilities were excellent. Any issues with plumbing, electricity, or other complaints were promptly addressed, and there was a consistent water supply for all residents. The community neighbors were friendly, and everyone participated in and celebrated various occasions together. There were plenty of trees and plants within the community, and the clubhouse was spacious enough to host celebrations. Additionally, there was a grocery store and a medical store conveniently located beside the main gate, providing easy access for all residents.
The amenities, such as a swimming pool, are available, but the pool operates only during the summer and is limited to use by children. Additionally, there is a gym on-site, but it is equipped with very few exercise machines. Furthermore, the construction of the building is poor as it is made of cement bricks.

Residents enjoy easy access to connectivity such as public transport, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals in the vicinity. With excellent maintenance both inside and outside, including a well-functioning swimming pool, children's play area, and gym, alongside friendly and sociable residents who enthusiastically celebrate festivals like Holi, Dussehra, and Ugadi.
The locality faces challenges with outside pollution, affecting the well-being of residents and necessitating efforts to address environmental concerns for a healthier and more sustainable community.

The advantage of living in this society is its peaceful living environment, largely due to the absence of traffic sounds within the community. Additionally, there are small supermarkets, medical stores, and a few schools conveniently located within walking distance. Maintenance facilities, such as regular garbage collection and an absence of electricity issues, contribute to the overall comfort and convenience of residents. Furthermore, amenities such as well-maintained play areas for children and enjoyable swimming pool activities enhance the quality of life in the community.
The main problems in this community are bad water quality, occasional supply of polluted water by management, lack of nearby shopping malls and hospitals, and poor construction quality with cracks in the walls.

Significant infrastructure development has occurred in the surroundings. Maintenance charges are reasonable at 3000 per month, covering amenities like good power backup in common areas. GHMC personnel regularly collect garbage, ensuring cleanliness. Inside the society, there's a temple for pooja and prayer. Amenities such as a park, clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym are well-maintained.
The major issues that all residents are facing include water leakage problems and cracks in the walls. Renovation is necessary due to the building's age, which is approximately 10 years old.

The major problem within the community is the lack of construction quality. Recently, owners have renovated their flats and te maintenance is also poor because there is no proper cleaning in the surroundings.

Connectivity is available and highway is in walkable distance, Construction quality is decent its been 7 years and not well maintained up to the standards but its okay no major complains, Amenities like clubhouse, gym,swimming pool, park are available. The best part about the place is that one feels very secured living here.
There is no power backup facility in the gated community all individual have to install on their own.Earlier roads were really in a bad condition connecting to the main road but it has been fixed recently after many complaints to the association.Prompt actions are required from them. There are commercial shops also located due to which there is commotion in the area which causes long traffic jams.

The maintenance of the society is excellent, with cleanliness consistently upheld in the surroundings. Individual power backups ensure an uninterrupted power supply for each villa. There is a lot of greenery inside the society.
The municipal water quality is poor, and many villa owners within the society are renovating their properties due to construction issues.

The connectivity of the society is not great due to it is situated away from the main road around 3km and there are no public transportation options near the society such as bus stops and metro. The metro connectivity is around 11km from the society.

Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good, daily at a particular time. Ventilation of flats is excellent. Schools are nearby, within walking distance from the society. Public transportation like bus stands are nearby, so buses are available within walking distance from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained in the society.
The parking area in the society is very congested, and there is no designated visitors' parking area. Visitors often have to park in the garden area or outside the society. The construction quality is poor, leading to many issues such as seepage in the bathrooms.
