The society's construction stands out for its excellence, attributed to being built by LNT, ensuring a high-quality standard. My flat, constructed with this attention to detail, boasts ample space and excellent ventilation, with no issues encountered thus far. Moreover, spanning across 9 acres, our society hosts world-class amenities that are meticulously maintained. This expansive layout not only enhances the overall living experience but also underscores the commitment to providing residents with top-tier facilities.
Things need improvement
The vicinity surrounding our society boasts several clubs and restaurants, offering diverse leisure options. However, during weekends, the increased foot traffic often leads to congestion, posing challenges for exiting the society premises. Moreover, the condition of the roads surrounding our society leaves much to be desired, with persistent dirt accumulation and poor quality surfaces necessitating regular cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the upkeep of our society itself. Maintenance standards fall short of expectations, resulting in issues with cleanliness and overall maintenance. Furthermore, a sense of community seems lacking among residents, with minimal interaction and a tendency for individuals to keep to themselves rather than fostering neighborly connections.

In addition, CCTV cameras have been strategically installed to bolster security measures. Residents benefit from the convenience of fully operational lifts within the buildings, facilitating effortless access to various floors. Upholding stringent standards of cleanliness and hygiene, the society efficiently segregates and manages garbage disposal. It is noteworthy that the society does not experience any instances of water logging, contributing significantly to the residents' comfort and well-being. Moreover, the absence of seepage or leakage issues within the buildings underscores the commendable construction quality.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society falls short in providing essential amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and designated play area for children. Furthermore, insufficient parking exacerbates tensions among residents, frequently leading to chaotic situations.

From my personal experience, I can confidently say that the society is exceptional in many aspects. The maintenance services are exemplary, ensuring that all tasks are promptly attended to. What's more, the availability of online services streamlines the process for residents. Garbage collection is meticulously scheduled, contributing to the cleanliness of the surroundings. The roads encircling the society are impeccably maintained, facilitating smooth transportation with easy access to autos, cabs, and rickshaws. Notably, the construction quality of the buildings is outstanding, boasting well-ventilated flats devoid of any seepage issues. Furthermore, the amenities promised by the builder are fully delivered, enhancing the overall living experience. Lastly, the amicable and cooperative nature of the residents adds to the positive ambiance of the society.

In my opinion, the current state of the society leaves little room for improvement as it already offers a comprehensive array of facilities and amenities that cater to the needs of residents.

Furthermore, a wide array of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, park, garden, and yoga room, cater to the diverse needs of residents, making this society truly exceptional.
Things need improvement
One of the primary concerns in the society revolves around the deteriorating condition of the surrounding roads. These roads suffer from extensive damage and deterioration, resulting in traffic congestion and waterlogging, particularly during rainy periods. Such challenges severely impact connectivity and commuting for the residents

The society enjoys excellent connectivity with nearby transportation facilities such as the metro, railway station, and bus stand. It offers a range of modern amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym. Allocated parking spaces are available for both owners and visitors. The construction quality is reliable, with no issues regarding leakage or seepage. Overall, the society is well-kept, clean, and neatly maintained.
Things need improvement
The main concern I faced was during power cuts when there were no backup options available. The connection of the generator has been allocated to common lights and lifts only, which didn't cover individual apartments or essential facilities during power outages.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges in the society are considerably high, impacting residents financially. If they could lower these charges, it would help everyone live here more comfortably.

Good things here
Premium society with 5 star facilities. Year after year best awarded garden. 7 acres plot with swimming pool, cricket/soccer ground, lawn tennis, squash, full on gym, banquet hall, temple, walking track, covered parking for 3 levels.
Things need improvement
Nothing much to dislike. In a crowded happening place like Andheri, this is a huge 7 acres plot of heaven with all kind of facilities with best of security.

Good things here
High security to there resident ,cleaniness is top notch. All the modern amenities are there and highly maintained and well eqquipted. reasonable mentainence charges in the society. Allocated parking space for the resident and visitors. Build quality is top notch,leakage and seepage issues in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is great but the approach road outside the society is made of poor quality and everytime its get resolved and then damaged again so which is very much inconvient for the resident. Society should conduct more cultural events.

Never had an blasting experience with a dealer in order to chose my future adobe. but when i stumbled upon this amazing project, i found many great deals and opportunities to call it a home in near future. The amenities, the facilities and the environment are the things that made me invest.
