The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or leakage observed in the flats. Even if there are occasional issues in the older parts of the society, the management promptly addresses and repairs them, ensuring residents' comfort and safety. The accessibility of public transportation such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society ensures excellent connectivity to various parts of the city. Additionally, having nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants adds to the convenience of daily life. The well-constructed roads around the society further contribute to the ease of travel. Facilities and amenities like the gym, small swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are available and well-maintained, enhancing residents' quality of life. The society's maintenance is commendable, with cleanliness being upheld and timely garbage collection services provided. Moreover, the proper maintenance of water supply and electricity ensures a seamless living experience for residents. The presence of CCTV cameras and a good security system adds to residents' peace of mind. The friendly and cooperative nature of the people living here, along with the vibrant celebration of cultural festivals and events together, truly makes it feel like a close-knit community.
Things need improvement
There isn't a metro station near the society, which makes commuting a bit challenging. Additionally, there's a lot of construction work happening around the society, leading to increased pollution and potential health issues.

The presence of elevators, reliable water supply, and power backup systems adds to the convenience and comfort of residents. Well-ventilated flats with high-quality plastering further enhance the living experience. All essential amenities are readily available and diligently maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone. The installation of CCTV cameras and the provision of security personnel offer peace of mind to residents, enhancing safety and security within the society. Additionally, the pet-friendly atmosphere fosters inclusivity and harmony among residents and their furry companions.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, our society lacks nearby metro stations, with the nearest one located approximately 10 kilometers away. This could pose challenges for residents who rely on public transportation for their daily commute. Additionally, power cuts are a recurring issue within the society, further inconveniencing residents. It's worth noting that only the common areas have power backup, leaving individual residences vulnerable to disruptions during outages. Another notable absence is the lack of a swimming pool within the society premises.

Good things here
Only Big society with no amenity like Gymnasym, no social acitivity in society, rude owners, lonelyness, No PMC water, no footpath to reach nearest Bus stand, water loggin in nearby viscinity, Due to hard water you will start loosing hair and will star skin iritations, no solar heater, due to hard water your utilities will become very durty, so many construction work in near by areas

Well-maintained lifts contribute to residents' convenience and safety. Garbage collection and disposal are carried out punctually, maintaining cleanliness in the society.
Things need improvement
, there is no metro station nearby the society. For auto-rickshaws, one has to walk approximately a kilometer to find them. Additionally, a major drawback is the absence of a swimming pool within the society.

Good things here
The roads outside the society were well-maintained, and it was easy to find daily essentials nearby. There were no issues with leaks, and all modern amenities were accessible. The residents were friendly, and we celebrated festivals together. Water supply was consistent round the clock. Cleanliness was kept up, and the lifts were well-maintained. Security was tight, and there was plenty of greenery around. Parking facilities were also sufficient.
Things need improvement
Public transport wasn't easily accessible, and Ola and Uber took time to arrive. There were no malls nearby. In our flat, one side of the wall had chipped cement. The gym was restricted to family members; bachelors weren't allowed to use it.

The society offers all amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, play area, and parks. The lifts are well maintained, and security-wise, the society is good with CCTV cameras installed. Flats have balconies ensuring good ventilation and sunlight. Electricity and water supply are also satisfactory.
Things need improvement
There is no metro connectivity nearby the society, and unfortunately, there's no swimming pool within the society either. However, apart from these aspects, there are no further issues and considers this society perfect.

Good things here
He is the committee member of society. All things are working well in society. Auto, cabs are easily accessible. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, parks are there. People are friendly, cultural events & festivals are happened in society. Lifts are well maintained, big enough parking area is there. Garbage collection & disposal is done timely ensuring cleanliness in society. Flats do not have any seepage issues, ventilation wise flats are quite satisfactory.
Things need improvement
Only 2 issues he highlighted. Firstly, there is no metro nearby the society. It is around 5km away from society. Secondly, there is no swmming pool in society premises.

Sari daily need items society ke pas mil jati hai. building me koi bhi construction related issue nhi hai jaise leakage ya seepage ya drainage. security kafi efficient hai. neighbours bohot acche hai, society me ganesh festival bohot grand level pr celebrate hota hai. water supply is not an issue.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool not there. gym is present in the society but not properly maintained. visitors parking is very limited. for shopping need to travel more since no shopping malls are near by.

Good things here
Booking Ola and Uber rides online is convenient in our society. There are no problems with leaks or seepage in your flat. The gym, play area, and garden are well taken care of. The lifts are regularly maintained. There's plenty of greenery around. Water supply is constant, and cleanliness is maintained. Parking is sufficient for both residents and visitors, and security is tight. Additionally, the society permits bachelors to live here.
Things need improvement
Autos aren't readily available near the society; one needs to walk about 1 km to reach the highway. There's no swimming pool in the society, and some residents aren't very cooperative.

Currently reside outside of this society and have not encountered any societal issues.Nearby shops offered convenience for daily needs.

The connectivity within the area was lacking, but auto-rickshaws were readily available outside the premises. However, both the bus stand and railway station were situated at a considerable distance. The amenities within the vicinity were inadequate.
