The pet-friendly atmosphere adds to the appeal, and the availability of only 3BHK or 4BHK options caters well to small or large families. Overall, everything is perfect within this budget range.
1. Limited parking space is a drawback. 2. Not every room has an attached washroom. 3. The size is relatively smaller compared to other projects. 4. The society is relatively old, around 17-18 years.

Wellington offers excellent connectivity to Golf Course Road, Horizon Centre, malls, airports, and schools within 10-20 minutes via underpass access. It's a peaceful and family-friendly community, with a brand new badminton court and top-notch Club 5 facilities including tennis and swimming. Notably, Wellington stands out for its low noise levels and as the first solar-powered complex in Gurgaon, setting it apart from other road-facing properties.
More designated play areas and additional parking spaces would be appreciated. The compact apartments lack additional servant and utility rooms.

It's a gated community with strict access control and CCTV surveillance. The clubhouse offers extensive amenities like a gym, theater, swimming pool, lawn tennis, outdoor play area, Jacuzzi, and spa. Essential facilities such as department stores and ATMs are conveniently located within the society. Friendly neighbors and regular festive celebrations and meetings enhance the community atmosphere. While connectivity is excellent, some parks require maintenance. However, overall, everything is available nearby, with most items accessible online, making it a good society to live in.
One downside of the society is the inconvenience of having to leave the premises to access departmental stores or other services. Additionally, the swimming pools and parks are not well-maintained, detracting from the overall experience.

This apartment in DLF City Phase-5, Gurgaon, is excellent. The society boasts full power backup, 2-tier security, and 100% water availability. It's conveniently located near Golf Course Road, just a 2-minute distance from the rapid metro station and a 7-minute distance from Cybercity.
This 10-year-old property lacks an attached washroom in one room, and the society does not include a club facility. However, there is a separate club known as CLUB5.

Wellington Estate Society enjoys a convenient location near Genpact Signal on Golf Course Road, just a 10-minute drive from the Delhi-Gurgaon Border. The society is known for its cleanliness, good construction quality of apartments, and effective maintenance. I've been residing here for over 5 years and have had a positive experience.
Wellington Estate lacks club facilities of its own, requiring separate membership at DLF Club Phase V, which adds an additional expense of Rs. 50,000 to your budget. Additionally, there is limited parking availability with only one space provided.

While there are parks within the premises, their maintenance leaves something to be desired. Additionally, shops are located a bit far from the society, necessitating the need to drive out every time you need to purchase daily essentials.

Car parking space is sufficient and you get huge space of 16 acres to roam around and relax. Only thing they should look at is irregular water supply. This issue has to be resolved with corporation.

The amenities are really good I mean you get a swimming pool, gymnasium, security, strolling/jogging track, open spaces, multipurpose courts and nice flower gardens
