Things need improvement
Bestech Park View Ananda unfortunately lacks nearby metro connectivity, with the closest station being Huda City Center, over 15 km away from the society. Additionally, residents may find the maintenance charges to be on the higher side.

However, the society's distance from the bus stand and metro station means limited access to public transportation, compounded by poor availability of Haryana Roadways due to the distance from the bus stand.

The society is highly secure and safe, offering all necessary amenities. However, like many builders, there may be some cost-cutting measures in certain areas. Despite this, the maintenance service is excellent. The only downside is occasional power cuts, as there is no substation yet in the new sectors.

It's a pleasantly surprising little neighborhood tucked away in a corner of the city. Inside the gates, it's beautifully laid out with ample green spaces, walking areas, and play zones. The presence of a temple adds a touch of tranquility to the vibrant, happy, and warm community, bustling with activities for both kids and seniors.

The approach road tends to get slightly congested during weekday office hours. Additionally, there is occasional water logging in heavy rains.

The society is conveniently located at the center of the city, with everything nearby, including the bus stand, railway station, Radar Bazaar, hospitals, malls, and Spencer's.

It's a nice society with a multitude of features, amenities, and robust security. The club is well-maintained, and the staff does an excellent job in maintaining the overall society. Notably, there are numerous fountains, an 8-acre park, and a generously sized walking path.
Things need improvement
While everything seems fine, the swimming pool is frequently closed. A suggestion is to have all parking in the basement to encourage walking on the roads. On a positive note, there are many speed breakers in the roads within the society.

While everything else seems fine, the swimming pool is often closed. It would be beneficial if all parking were relegated to the basement, allowing pedestrians to freely use the roads. On a positive note, the presence of numerous speed breakers on the roads within the society adds to safety measures.

I generally use my own car while travelling, proper parking slots are alloted to all residents in the society. There are no parking chaos that happens in the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, Malls, restaurants available around the society. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine, street lights are properly functional. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time on regular basis. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Doors are window qualities are also good. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are good and friendly. CCTV is avilable and works properly all over the society. Security system is good Security guards are available and they are very good. Lifts are also maintained properly. Network issues are not faced. Paintings are done on time.

This is a very premium society, I like everything about this society. I don't find any issues that further needs any improvements.

Overall, it is the best apartment project for those who want to have long-term investment plan. Neighborhood is ultra-safe with the best facilities. Water logging is however a great leveler since it creates traffic jams at times. Yet WFH is a breeze with good mobile tower and serene ambience overall.

Living has become easy and convenient in this locality. My elderly parents love the society and have adapted well. My office is just 20 minutes away, even at peak traffic time. This gives me enough time to be back home on time or during an emergency.

The Park View Grand Spa offers both form and function, which i really like. The lobby in each tower will be attached to a designer lounge that will possess a library and table tennis. Each tower will have three elevators. I have booked 3BHK spacious home.

The apartments are available for purchase directly from the builder as well as through resale. But i bought it directly. Designed by renowned architects, the residence features contemporary design styles assures to meet the tastes and preferences of mine. Loved it.
